I was seeing Dr. Tran before everything was shut down and getting back on track with my dental issues and she was out of my network. I had recently a dental emergency and found out that she is in network for me now. She remembered me and she, along with her entire staff, treated me with dignity and respect. Besides my emergency that needed to be addressed today her team got me set up to follow the plan we had 3 years ago. This truly is the best dental office I have ever had the experience of going to.

I'm giving this Forward Dental 5 stars. The staff does a great job every time. I really like Dr. T n their whole operation. They'll keep you informed on appointments n your dental health. Dr. T is very knowledgeable n smart. I will continue to make my yearly appointments at this location.

It's pretty bad that they take advantage of kids, even 18 year olds, when they are taken in the back without their parents. When a kid questions the fee of fluoride, they say it won't cost anything because insurance will cover it since you're still of age, so they have the kid sign and now the kid has to pay out of pocket even though they were told they wouldn't.

My hygienist was extremely gentle. (I have seen two there so far, both excellent). Reception very pleasant and helpful. Dr Tran very thorough and once again pleasant. The kind of atmosphere you want in a dental office.

I love doctor Tran she is amazing and even though I was crying because my dentures wouldn't fit she made me happy by fixing them EVERYTIME I called and she got me in the same day! She is Absolutely amazing and the staff deserves a raise! They have helped me every step of the way! I know this is only temp but I cannot wait to see what my inplants look like

I really enjoy the upfront pricing and the staff here. They make you feel comfortable. It had been a few years since I had Dental Care, they made me feel safe and cared for. They never shamed me and even comforted me when I broke down a bit and needed extra help getting back on track. When I was losing my Dental coverage they made calls and got me in for all of my care before it expired. I will always be forever grateful to the whole staff for being there for me. I had to overcome a huge fear, Forward Dental OC has been my go to for over a year now.

Everyone here is so kind and patient! They take the time to answer your questions and provide very thorough information. My dental hygienist Sharon and Dr. Tran were both amazingly helpful! I am very pleased with my experience and I am excited to continue going to them for my dental care!
