My hygienist, Melanie, is very caring and professional. I have been coming to her for several years to get my teeth cleaned. Dr Bauer is kind and east to talk to. I have been going to Forward Dental in New Berlin and appreciate how well they treat their patients.

I had a great experience, from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Michelle was an excellent and very thorough hygienist. And, when I was checking out, the woman serving me made sure I understood what insurance covered and what they didn't.

DO NOT go here. My boyfriend came here with a tooth that was bothering him, they did not do any X-rays or a cleaning or check up. They poked at the tooth extremely rough and caused it to bleed extreme blood clots nonstop. They said his bleeding was nothing of concern and that it's normal, and after going to an emergency dentist, he said it was nothing like the dentist has ever seen. He had to change the gauze every few minutes from how fast the blood was filling up. Extremely abnormal for a dentist office to not offer X-rays upon going in. How can you know what's going on without one?? If you want true dental care do not look here. It stinks. I'm not a dentist, but I've gone to one enough times to know that that's not right. For real. Don't go here. Ew. Stinky like a nasty dookie. Update: he had to get stitches because they torn apart his gums. Awful, expensive and counter productive. You go to get help and they ruin you even more. Please don't go here.

Referral wasn't reviewed before our appointment. We wasted our time coming in... they thought they were pulling teeth, but that isn't even what the referral was for.

Today I went in for a general appointment and had Mel as my hygienist. Mel was one of the best hygienists I have ever had at any dentistry and she was kind, professional, intelligent, and simply made the experience fantastic. I'd recommend this location for Mel alone and I hope ForwardDental NB recognizes her as one of their most valued hygienist.
