8/2022 I absolutely love this facility! My son has special needs and his hygienist, Bobbie Jo, has been phenomenal with him. Has great advice to help care for his teeth. She went out of her way this week to send him a note thanking him for his smile and joyful attitude when she sees him out around town, or at his work! That note made his day and we were all very touched! Thank you Bobbie Jo for taking the time to extend kindness We're truly enjoyed our visit to this facility! - 2 years ago

Very gentle when cleaning, I never have bleeding after a cleaning. Nice people in the entire facility. My dental tech today actually took time to show my grandchildren important techniques and how the new equipment works. So glad I switched from the dentist by Brookfield Square. The only improvement they need to make is their first line of business (answering calls) I've let them know via personal visit to the office last week that the phone keeps you in a loop and will not let you leave a message. After 5 minutes several times trying I just gave up. Today samething (1 week later). I gave them 5 stars for service once your able to get in for an appointment but the receptionist answering the phones needs to improve by 100% if they want to keep patients trying to get in. Not everyone will take the time to drive there to speak with a human.

My hygienist experience with Bobbie Jo was very pleasant. Now you might say how can a hygienist appointment be pleasant? It was because of Bobbie Jo's personality and provided entertainment in addition to her focus on doing a great cleaning. Thank you Bobbie Jo. Can't wait to do it again in 6 months!!

Stopped in for my 4 pm appointment today and receptionist said my hygienist is out with Covid. Receptionist said she's been trying to reach me all day but I have no missed calls. I asked her what number she's been calling all day and she couldn't find it. Last time going to this location, heading back to the one in hales corners where its organized and honest.
