After all I did to clear my schedule for 6 month cleaning and a new dentist .they said my BP was too high for a cleaning. it's not . I checked it I guess after the dentist saw the work was done on my teeth after he looked already.i guess that was fine to proceed, he decided not to have any more to do with me .very poor here and unprofessional beware ! And I ad better not get a bill as they did nothing.waste of my time

Dr Ludke is great. He has great chair-side manners, is compassionate and always informs me of what he is about to do. His tech was equally as great. She is always friendly, able to converse and passes pertinent information regarding my situation to the dentist. Case in point: I informed her that my temporary crown had just fallen out. She relayed that to Dr. Ludke who brought the topic to conversation.

I had a dental cleaning today and my dental hygienist went above and beyond!! I see Dr Ludke at Mukwonago location. I've been his patient for many years and followed him after he moved here from Waukesha location even though it's farther away from my home. He is an EXCELLENT dentist and such a kind and caring man! I will never be able to say enough good things about him and the care he has given me all these years! I feel so fortunate to have met him! Thank you for your exceptional care!

The dental hygienist was very rough on my teeth and gums. Trying to get what she called residue from braces. I had braces 15 years ago! I have never had so much pain in my gums after a teeth cleaning. The dentist was very nice and gentle for the final exam which was nice. Overall I don't see going back to the office for a cleaning.

The staff was very accommodating due to my having several medical issues. i did not to have to wait long to be seen. The staff explained everything as we went along. I was done in less than an hour. I would recommend their office and staff. So friendly and caring.

I saw both Hygienist Joan for a cleaning and Dr Ludke for an exam. Both were amazing. Joan updates my records, did a thorough check and cleaning. I have many allergies. She offered me option in cleaning and flossing products with no dues or flavoring. Dr Ludke was friendly, clarified a question in my cleaning that Joan noted and provide me with an orthodontic referal. The entire office was spotless, friendly and professional. Thank you all!

The dentist is great but the front staff are not. They're too young and immature. Lack of help or show they even care. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
