I previously went to ForwardDental in Brown Deer and kept going there because I liked my dentist, even though the Menomonee Falls location was much closer. Once my dentist retired, I decided to make the switch and scheduled my first appointment. Now here I am, two random cancellations later. They only cancel via text (instead of calling you to reschedule) and it's up to you to call in and reschedule. The first cancellation resulted in me having to push my appointment back 2 months. Then they cancelled again, and now they aren't able to get me in for another 5 months, which is ridiculous. That's 7 months worth of cancellations, so I'll end up having to go over a year without having seen the dentist as a result. Both times it seems to be because of a dentist shortage there, which seems odd because the Menomonee Falls location seems to have 4 acting dentists, while the Brown Deer location I frequented for years only had 1 acting dentist and they never had to cancel and reschedule and when I needed to make an appointment, there was never anything close to a 5-month wait time. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because I haven't even gotten to see them yet, so I can't speak on their actual service outside of the continuous cancellations.

The staff is AWESOME with young children! My now 3-year-old actually enjoys going because they're very gentle (but still thorough) while cleaning his teeth. I definitely recommend this location!

I am very pleased with Forward Dental in Menomonee Falls! The offices are pristine and they take all necessary precautions during COVID. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Kristi, is the best; very gentle, informative, and friendly. I feel so comfortable with Dr. Herrscher!

Forward is a great place with wonderful people, from the reception to the assistants to the dentists themselves! They are a very laid-back staff but do their jobs very well and are very personable! Sandy and Dr. Stoeckel especially are such cool people and I'm blessed and thankful to have them taking care of my dental needs! They're also very flexible with appointments, where if you can't make an appointment, they're very quick to book you for another one at a reasonable time. I would highly recommend this place!
