I am a new patient here, I was brought in through a cancelled appointment within a couple of days. I thought I had a cavity - turns out to be a crack in my tooth. The dentist and hygienist - even though it hurt, they weren't mean ;) Honestly, great office - dentist, hygienist, and office staff were all great people.

The new hygienist didnt have very good bed side manner and was very heavy handed when cleaning my teeth. Ive never had someone so rough before.

Today I met a new dental assistant, Miranda as well as another assistant who did not introduce herself. Fortunately I had the same dentist. The unnamed assistant operated the scanning device which was new to me. I wish she had taken the initiative and explained the machine and the process to me. Instead I had to ask questions but never fully understood why it was necessary. The dentist gave me the usual checkup with the addition of wrapping a gauze around my tongue and pulling to one side and then the other. Again no explanation was offered and this time I had no chance to ask -- tongue tied, as it were. Miranda was new to me. There wasn't much of an introduction. She was efficient and thorough. I must apologize because I thought she hadn't threaded under all of my bridges. I was wrong and surprised to learn that I was making mistakes when I did my own threading at home. (Please show her my apology.) I have been receiving dental care from Forward Dental for more than a quarter century. Except for the dentist, everyone I dealt with today was new -- that includes the person who checked me in and the cashier who accepted my payment. I found this rather unsettling. What happened at Forward Dental since my last visit six months ago? It seemed as if nearly everything except the building had changed with no explanation offered.

My dental hygienist, (Casey) was and is always very friendly and upbeat that I truly enjoy going to the dentist. I look forward to my next appointment with her. Doctor Mathias always explains everything in detail and what his best recommendation would be if work is needed. Very knowledgeable and I trust him completely. I recommend this office 100%.

The dentists and techs are fantastic here. They treat my family and I well at any interaction. The best recent change is my son can watch cartoons while he has his teeth cleaned, making the cleaning quick and easy for all.

Been going here for over 20 years. Dr Jung is so gentle and makes u comfortable so procedures aren't as scary even when invasive. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful.

Everyone at this facility are top notch. They are always friendly and attentive to your needs. I moved to another city over an hour away and yet I come here for my dental needs. If you choose to come here, you certainly won't regret it.

The dental hygienist that took care of my teeth was incredible! She made sure to communicate what she was doing as well as showing me concerns. Most will just chastise you for not flossing (I do floss btw) then abuse your teeth to teach you a lesson. I want to say her name is Melinda? In any case, she was great. Thank you for having such a great person working here. The front desk reception are very direct and waste no time in making sure all the details are up to date and getting you checked in. This is very efficient and I appreciate the directness.

Call me today and said that they had to reschedule my appointment that I have tomorrow but cannot get a new date until December because there dental Hygienist is out sick. Absolutely ridiculous that I have a appointment now and I am not a priority to them and have to wait until December. I do not recommend this place at all

I am sick of the mask non-sense. I mean it is a dentist office, where you go to open your mouth. After all this time and with all the well known facts that masks have done nothing. Nothing! We are so done with the circus. I'm taking all six members of my family somewhere else.
