I've gone to Forward Dental for many years and have always been happy with my experiences here. Everyone is very friendly and I absolutely love my hygienist- she is thorough, informative, does whatever she can to help with any concerns/issues I have with my teeth and is just a lovely human being all around!

The staff here are really nice! Needed a tooth extraction. Came to this location. They said they couldn't help me referred me to a surgeon. Surgery cost 2.2-3k. I shopped around and found a dentist that said the extraction would be very easy. Got me in got it out in 5 minutes and charged me 220$

Had an infected tooth Darlene, the dental assistant made me feel like family. Dr.was just as comfortable. Glad they're here.

Very disappointed with this visit. I was supposed to get a impression done to complete my implant (which was started out of state). I had to wait about two weeks for this office to order something that would allow them to make the impression of my tooth. Once I was in the chair, they find the screwdriver ordered to remove the cap on my implant, does not fit! So, they say they have to refer me to an orthodontist in Madison! There are dozens of orthodontists in Janesville so not sure why they would refer me to one close to 50 miles away from me. Such a disappointment, especially since my first visit here was so great.

Tabitha always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Everyone in the office is very welcoming. I don't dread going to the dentist at all!

I had a great experience with Forward Dental. They are professional and go above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. The doctor and all the associates were helpful and set up my wisdom teeth extraction and made sure I was understanding what was happening. They actually care about their patients and it shows.

I was not a fan of dentist due to bad experiences I had as a child, but I'm gotten very comfortable seeing in the Dentist and hygienists at Forward Dental in Janesville. Everyone is so friendly and they're aware of my past experiences and do everything they can to put me at ease.

Called in April to schedule a cleaning, made it clear it had been a while, and they confirmed i would need a longer appointment because of that. Scheduled for May originally, got called that they needed to reschedule the day before my appt was to happen due to the doctor being out on vacation. Got rescheduled for June, received my confirmation email and call Friday before the week of my appointment. Then received a call day before appointment was to happen, AGAIN. Needed to reschedule because she didn't schedule a long enough time, even though that was made clear during the original call that it would need to be longer appointment. I even spoke to the same person that scheduled my appointment. Calling around to different offices now, because I do not want to be rescheduledthe day before my appointment again. Especially with having to work around a busy work schedule.

My first visit to ForwardDental and I couldn't be more pleased! I had a number of choices of offices that accept my kind of coverage. I made the right choice! Everyone at ForwardDental is so helpful and friendly. So happy to say ForwardDental will be my forever dentist in Janesvile!

I have disliked the dentist my entire life. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! They really put me at ease and we were done with my appointment before I knew it.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff here have always tried to make me feel comfortable. When I say staff, I mean everyone from the front desk to the doctors. They all deserve 5 stars. Thank you!!!
