The staff(front desk ladies and hygenists ) are so kind and Dr. Hintzman is such a awesome person, makes you feel comfortable and explains everything so that you understand!! Keep up the great work!! Shout out to Oswaldo for always making sure you understand what will be going on during your visit!!!

Love going to forward dental. I had a favorite hygienist who left so I was nervous about having someone new, well Kayla was great and made me feel very comfortable.

I have had multiple appointments canceled by the dentist because they were short staffed and the next cleaning appointment available was in 9 months. I then broke a tooth that they were going to look at next steps on during one of the canceled appointments. In getting the crown for the broken tooth they were using a new scanning system instead of a mold. The first crown was way to big so we had to do it again. The second crown was way too loose and just fell out. After 2 tries with the scanner they went back to the old fashioned way and that one is going to come quicker.

Terrible experience. Was told they'd take care of the cavity at the same time of the exam, took off of work for this and was told they didn't have time to do so. The exam took 5 minutes, just to tell me what I already knew. Look around first before you book an appointment with them
