This used to be my primary office. I switched 6 months ago and they just now sent me a bill without any details stating why I owe the amount that is on the bill. I have left them 3 voicemails over a week, and called at various times while they are open hoping to speak to someone to get more details. No one answers and no one calls back.

David and Dr. Ruen did a wonderful job extracting all 4 of my wisdom teeth. The procedure was quick and they made sure I was comfortable the whole way through.

Winifred is the best dental hygienist. She is extremely professional and has kept my teeth from total decay. I continue with Forward dental because of her. I had a nice young dentist today and she was very thorough and suggested something never recommended by others. I was extremely pleased with the hygienist and dentist.

Today was my first time visiting this office. The front desk people were awesome - very welcoming and professional. Dr Ruen and his assistant, Sandy, were friendly and very professional as well.

Worst experience I took my Grandson in for his appointment on time spoke to someone Yesterday they changed the time they knew I told them I am his grandmother didn't say anything about his parents had to bring him.they refuse to see him ,they stated His parents had to bring him in I ask can you call them they told me no and they couldn't see him. I Left and called Glendale dentist they explain when I bring him in they can call either one of his parents that would be good.

Was there just for a cleaning. Took two hours and still left without everything getting completed because of the staff's non-communication with each other. I will never go there again
