Always very understanding of my time and seem to value my business. Very good at explaining what they're going to be doing during the appointment, and able to answer any questions I have about what they're going to be doing.

You hound people to confirm appointments by text and by emails and so I confirmed YES and then when I get there you say "Oh I'm sorry but your appointment was cancelled." No one called or sent me an email to cancel. I drove over an hour to get to my appointment because I was out of town. Wasn't the first time this happened either. Get it together people.

I arrived 10 mins late. I didn't think this was a big deal- I didn't even call. Theresa instantly gave me a dirty look, but proceeded to goto work. After 2 mins of dead silence and a cold shoulder, she ripped her mask off and slammed her hand down on the tray screaming at me "I said open wider!" I meekly apologized and explained that my jaw doesn't "open and close wide like a muppet". She told me "maybe you don't deserve teeth then!" Then whole time I was terrified as they have those pointy sharp pick things, and she was waving It around in threatening manner every time I even twitched. I thought the worst was over until the fluoride was to be applied. I asked for mint, and was I would take raspberry or "I'll pour it in your eyes if you aren't appreciating of this!" The worst is my wife doesn't even believe me. Theresa was great. She's so thorough and meticulous, all done with precision. I always look forward to seeing her. Her pleasant demeanor and over all "chit chat" is well received. If you can't tell what a great job she does and a great sense of humor by this ridiculous review, that's your problem.

I never experience a better work place. Friendly staff you get what you came for . your in and your out DON'T NEGLECT YOUR TEETH WE CAN SMELL IT.

I have an huge fear of the dentist but they are nice and friendly here. They try to get you in as soon as possible and have weekend appointments which is a big help. I can't say anything but nice things about them.
