Ketty did a great job. She seems to be thorough in checking and making sure my teeth and gums are clean and healthy. I always have a good experience at the Brookfield clinic. Everyone is very pleasant.

The dental service I received from Dr. H and his assistant was great! I gave a rating of 3 stars because of my experience with my bill. I was initially told I would owe approximately $90 upon completion of my fillings. However once the Doctor began we agreed that one additional filling should be completed. So I was anticipating a bill of approximately $120. To my surprise I was asked to pay $360!! I knew that couldn't be correct so I called the next day to question the charges. I was told I had a past due amt of $222 for teeth cleaning. I knew that had to be incorrect!! After speaking to two people I was promised a call back the next day. I'm still waiting. Mind you this occurred the week of the holiday. I certainly hadn't budgeted for a $360 dental bill. I could have used that money elsewhere. I'm a long time patient and this has never happened before.

Several negative experiences! I scheduled a pediatric appoint online, arrived they were unaware and advised there was an issue with their online scheduling system. We were able to be seen. The pediatric provider was AWESOME! Called back to schedule an appointment, they advised they didn't have a pediatric dentist any longer, and they were unable to advise of a different location. I scheduled another appointment online, received a call the next day asking if I could reschedule with a different provider, as there was an issue with their online schedule system. The provider I selected actually wasn't available. I rescheduled for almost 2 weeks out with a different provider. 3 days prior to the appointment I received an email to confirm my appointment, which I did. The next day I received a call asking to confirm my appointment, I advised I did so online. Delontae advised there must have been an issue, because they didn't see I had confirmed, but he would confirm my appointment. The following day (prior to my scheduled appointment) Delontae calls again! This time to ask if I could love my appointment up 30 minutes, I advised this wasn't feasible and I asked the reason why they wanted to reschedule. He advised they were trying to move up appointments on the Doctor's schedule. At this point I had enough. I advised to cancel my appointment, due to continued issues. In very condescending tone he responded, sure no problem. This place is a complete joke. Continued issues with their online scheduling system. Receptionists seem completely disconnected! They weren't able to refer another pediatric provider, and don't value my time as a customer! Most alarming they have no concern for their short comings. Never once apologized for inconvenience. Avoid this place at all costs!
