The waiting area is nice. They have state of the art equipment and front staff is decent and tactful. As for the Dentist and his assistant very rude didn't listen to my request belittle me and spoke to me like a child from the moment I walked in. he couldn't find my vein in one arm he didn't try the other arm he want to go in the back of my hand . I am terrified of needles and he didn't care.I ask him to me give a minute he ask me how much time I want and if i am not allow him do it now I should go to the hospital. I end up walking out in tears after he made that statement a second times. I told one of front desk staff and the nurse he has no bed side manners. He come out to front Yelling at me. Asking why would I say that.. I said the way you are speaking to me now is the exact reason for saying that.. Woke up the next day with bruise on my arm where he attempt inject me for the IV two times . my arm been black and blue for two days. I showed a nurse and she said he probably burst one of my veins for thaT to happen. I end up having emergency surgery from another dental office the next day went off with out a hitch...

If I could give Dr. Nikoyan more stars I would. He is a skilled surgeon and his staff are friendly and professional. He's done several complicated procedures for me (bone graft, dental implant, removal of a 32-year old dental implant and more. All surgeries went well and I healed quickly. Dr. Nikoyan also removed my daughter's wisdom teeth under general anesthesia - the procedure was fast, efficiently and she had NO Swelling or bruising.

Dr. Nikoyan was referred to me by one of my family members. I do not regret a bit to get my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Nikoyan! It was virtually painless to make an appointment and to set a date for the extraction. Office staffs are very cordial and professional. Dr Nikoyan is a highly professional and a very caring person. Dr. Nikoyan explained the whole procedure during the consultation. The whole procedure went very smooth. I would recommend Dr. Nikoyan for any of my friends or family members.

Professionally and friendly run practice. Seeing my worries, Dr. Mikoyan clearly and patiently explained what my options are. Viewing a panoramic pictue from his x-ray machine, enabled him to correct the diagnosis from another (also wonderful) doctor, so I did not loose the wrong tooth! I received a wonderful consultation on prospects of getting the implants- leaning to this more now. Dr. Mikoyan eased my fear of the extraction by having a caring assistant in the room, even asked if I had certain music preferences. Overall, very happy to be treated by his practice, will be coming back most likely for the implants! Highly recommend this great doctor! August, 2022 post I consider myself truly lucky to use Dr Nikoyan's practice. I had to go for a post consultation and still find highly professional, caring doctor and stuff! Dr. suggested several options for me and used less invasive first. So happy that he invested in studying his art where he became the patient 's best advocate. His stuff is very compassionate and helpful as well! Would recommend to my loved ones!

I tried making an appointment with them and they were so rude telling me I need to find out what insurance I have. Instead of looking up my member ID . I made appointment with a different office that only takes the same insurance they take they could find my member ID with no problem. I'm completely disgusted how they talked to me and my dad over the phone !!!

My experience at Forward Oral was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and calm. Dr. Nikoyan made me feel at ease when removing my wisdom teeth. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Unfortunately, This was the third time that I needed the services of Dr. Nikoyian and his staff in 2021. Each time Dr. Nikoyian was prompt, professional, and pleasant. Dr, Nikoyian explains all required procedures and treatments clearly and concisely. His staff members are friendly and helpful. The results of today's surgery were that I experienced minimal bleeding and minor discomfort. If needed, I would definitely return to Dr. Nikoyian and his staff!!!

The best practice I have ever been to!! I am treated with great care and get superb results. I will go nowhere else for dental work. The best part is that all procedures are done with my taste of music.... Bachata. I highly recommend Dr Levon Nikoyan DDS and his staff.

His professionalism in explaining the procedure was so nicely complimented by his efforts to keep you calm. It worked! And your staff what a beauuuutiful set of people inside n out. I Absolutely loved loved this place everyone was super nice and took such good care I appreciate that Dr.Levon took the time to go over everything with me step by step I was really terrified but him and his staff made me feel so comfortable I am definitely going to recommend Forward Oral Surgery to everyone I know the place is very nice and clean and you feel very comfortable with him and his I'm because I am usually so scared of dentist but not with him thanks Dr.Levon and a big thanks to your staff to. I have a dental insurance and they cover everything, they pay small amount at a time. This office billed me $25 instead of my insurance. Not only that, they brought it to collections agency. No one called me.

Only place I go to get my tooth pulled. No long waits. Tell you exactly what cost would be before they do work (once you are in the office that is, because they have to do a consultation) Office is always nice and clean. I swear he has to do the worse pulls on me cause the pain after is no joke but he tells you straight up and no sugar coating.
