I had high hopes for this dentist and never had issues with my sons appointments. He was seen last year to have a tooth pulled and a spacer put in. The assistant was wonderful and the dentist was nice and she was caring towards my son. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with the dentist I was scheduled to see. I called in the middle of August for an appointment but was scheduled out to September 26th. On the 26th I filled out the paperwork and put all medical history that they should be aware of on the paper. I was called back and had one X-Ray done. When I seen the dentist he seemed to rush through the appointment. He determined that I had a bad tooth that could either be pulled or root canal but he couldn't do either that day. A little frustrated since I've been placed on antibiotics back in August because there was an infection and my face was swelling. We made an appointment for a root canal and the appointment was made for Oct 24th. At the end of September I went back to the doctor for more antibiotics because again the infection was back. We called and tried to see if we could get in sooner and of course was placed on the cancellation list. Fast forward to the second week of Oct. my husband called and requested a sooner appointment because I was place on my third round of antibiotics because of this tooth and wanted it pulled instead. They managed to get me in Oct 18th. While at this appointment I reminded the assistant of my medical history which is POTs and I wrote down on the new patient paperwork. After the assistant left to talk to the dentist. He then came in and asked questions about my POTs. After explaining what happens he looked at me and said "I am uncomfortable with extracting your tooth because of your POTs". A little confused because I've never been turned down because I have POTs. There is fainting which I understand but the bed side manners towards my POTs was unprofessional. He could have explained better why he was uncomfortable so I understood his reasoning but to flat out say he won't extract because of POTs was not only unprofessional but he showed incompetence since this syndrome was reported on my new patient paperwork. It appears this Dentist didn't look over my new patient paper forms as he was unaware of my POTs. Which in my opinion shows his incompetence as he should have reviewed my forms and medical history prior to my appointment. With this being said I pointed out that this feels like a gamble with my life since I'm on my third round of antibiotics and it was something I wasn't comfortable with doing. He said he was sorry I felt that way but he was uncomfortable and then proceeded to say "wouldn't you want someone comfortable pulling your tooth." Lack of bed side manners and no explanation on why my syndrome made him uncomfortable. He then said he would ask other Dentist to see if one of them would be comfortable pulling it. I did not see him again after that. His assistant came in and said they referred me to an oral surgeon in rolla and explained they are usually booked out pretty far but I could call and explain what was going on to see if they have anything sooner or I could take the referral paper work and find another oral surgeon that might get me in sooner. With that being said I understand he has a right to refuse service and I understand he's uncomfortable. The way he went about it was unprofessional. It appeared he didn't care about the infection and because of his incompetence and not reading over my papers I now have to wait longer to have an infected tooth removed. All of this could have been avoided and I could have been referred in September if all of this was discussed on my first visit. My family and I will not be returning for future visits.

Went in for a very painful tooth only to find out my insurance wouldn't cover any extractions or filings for 6 months. I was resigned to the fact that I couldn't afford the $240 bill and was leaving in pain, a level 15 on a 1-10 scale, it was that debilitating. Then this angel, Dr. A, came to see me. Although they couldn't proceed with the necessary extraction, she offered me much needed relief from the pain with an exam, analgesic shots to quite my face and head pain, an Rx for antibiotics and motrin. Some may say this is the least they could do, I say it saved my sanity and quite possibly life. Letting a molar infection fester, can make you septic or even infect your heart and kill you. Thanks bunches to Forum and Dr. A for their emance compassion and assistance today. I'll be back and recommend them for sure.

I really had high hopes for this dental office because they seemed to do a pretty decent job with cleaning your teeth. However, my last encounter seemed rushed, and they did not do a thorough inspection of my mouth. I've been calling for days to make an appointment to no avail, so I will unfortunately have to go in person to do so, such a shame in 2022. Pros: Decent cleanings Cons: They NEVER answer when you call They are always running behind They don't thoroughly inspect your mouth

Need root canals done? Look no further. The dentist that worked on me was friendly, professional, and accurate. Good people. Staff was friendly, too.

I would not recommend this place. I had an appointment this year (2021). I do not have insurance and was paying out of pocket. I was asked 3 times whether I had the money to pay for their services which needless to say was very insulting after the 1st time. The dental assistant was very friendly and funny. That was needed as dental work makes me anxious but the dentist was very quick and subpar (at best) during my consultation. The consultation with xrays was around $250. The dental assistant took my xrays and then i waited for 15-20min for the dentist. He took a 2min look in my mouth and said I need to pull this tooth and that was it. I said ok as I figured the tooth would need to be removed. I asked him for his opinion on what I could do once the tooth was out he told me didn't know. Confused (as this is his profession) I asked again "You don't know any way I can fill this upcoming hole in my smile?" He told me I could maybe go visit an orthodontist somewhere but he doesn't know any. Umm ok...that didn't sound right at all. He then said bye and went on to his next patient. The consultation not helpful at all because I already knew i needed the tooth pulled but at least I've got some updated xrays, right? I decided to go to a different dentist for a second opinion because he did not make me feel comfortable or assured that he would treat me with care. This dentist (charged $244) spent nearly 2 hours on my consultation (coming in and out of the room while helping other patients) explaining to me every aspect of what I needed to do fix my mouth to have a healthy beautiful smile. Why did it take 2 hours for my consultation you ask? Because forum dental did not even take all of my x-rays. So this very generous dentist made time in his busy schedule for me to get some proper xrays. So I spent $250 for x-rays and a consultation (at forum dental) I got a 5 minute consultation and 1/2 of the necessary x-rays. It was honestly a waste of time, energy, and cash. My husband believes that I was treated this way because we do not have insurance and we were paying out of pocket. Which I guess means that I am a useless customer to them. Jokes on them though because we are a family of 5 and I was the tester before I brought the rest of my family. Regardless I am thankful for their lack of care or incompetence because now I (and my family) can go to a dentist that values their job and respects their patients. And we will happily pay.

Service is good. But I was over charged in February and still have not been refunded. Recommend you know what your insurance will cover before using them. I personally know my insurance covers 100% of the service I received and was still over charged.

I seriously had such a great experience here! Dr. Beam performed a root canal on one of my bottom back teeth, and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the entire experience was. Both the Dr and assistant were very kind and professional (and the entire staff!!), and they really helped to ease my nerves and helped me to feel comfortable. I have had two root canals done in the past (plus one retreat root canal), and they were not easy appointments to get through, so I was expecting this appointment to be difficult as well. Surprisingly, it was a very positive experience and I have zero complaints...it feels AMAZING to finally be out of pain. :). Thanks Dr. Beam and Forum staff!!!!

Very friendly and transparent about interventions needed and costs. Also the only dentist I've been to that causes NO pain during cleanings. I highly recommend.

The front staff is the worse! I originally had an appointment for the 20th of may (made the appointment at the beginning of April) that was the earliest I could be seen. They called me today saying they could get me in early (tomorrow) I asked if I could talk to my husband first and call them back but didn't want to lose my original appointment that was scheduled for the 20th. The receptionist on the phone said I wouldn't. Called back with the hour to let them know I needed to keep my apt on the 20th only to be informed they already filled it and I wouldn't be able to be seen now till June or I could be on a waiting list with no actual appointment. It's completely rude and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to suffer as a customer because of their mess up but now I am. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.

I came in today to have my tooth extracted. Couldn't take the discomfort another minute. From the front staff, to the back...Dr Full, Cherokee...i just can't thank you enough. The local is just now wearing off, but I can tell such a difference already. Bless you for getting me in same-day. I could cry with relief. Suzanne, it was so good seeing you again! Surreal, but good!! Thank you all. 5/5 highly recommended.

I'm 57 and all my life going to the dentist has caused serious anxiety. That being said, after several procedures at Forum Dental, that anxiety has been alleviated. It's not just because the associates are so positive and supportive; they act as if you're the most important patient they are dealing with. They have really done outstanding work, particularly the Dr. I've had lots of work done on my teeth, lots of poor experiences. However, I have never really experienced discomfort or pain. That shows me how skilled the Dr. truly is. I really appreciate Forum Dental and it's entire staff. They have also done a fabulous job working with the VA while managing my care. Best dentistry bar none.

The facility is well-maintained and always clean/well lit. The front desk staff is courteous and easy to talk to both in person and on the phone. I have been able to request the same hygienist each visit, and she is patient and kind with my teeth issues. I admittedly have had no continuity with dentists, each visit has been a different doctor. However, this has never been an issue for me, and I assume if one needed or wanted the continuity the staff would assist in making that happen.

Incredibly friendly staff. The dentists and hygienists take excellent care of their patients. My son (6yo) and I both are never very excited to go to the dentist but Forum Dental always makes it a great experience. I would not take my son or myself anywhere else. THANK YOU Forum Dental!
