My daughter Jenna had never been to the dentist before. So when I took her to one who was recommended she was terrified and they did a horrible job with her . Her Granny found Forum Dental and she saw Dr. Jyothsna Meda and she was absolutely wonderful with her. I was very pleased and I want to see her myself. My family will continue to go there for all of our dental care. Please don't let her leave! Jill Piatt

Dr. Kim is wonderful. I have been seeing him for several years, and I was always happy with all my visits. He is knowledgeable and informative. The fact that he continues to hone his skills with up-to-date modern dental practice speaks for his professionalism. Best of all, he is straightforward and honest. In short, Forum Dental has the best doctors, hygienists, staff members and dental equipment in the area.

I first want to start out saying that the ladies at the receptionist desk and the dental assistants are so very nice and kind. They are the only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1. I came in today to have 2 side-by-side cavities filled by Dr. Kim. This was my first time having work done by him so I was already pretty nervous when I walked in. After I received the topical numbing and the numbing shot, Dr. Kim came in to begin working on the cavity. Almost instantly when the drill touched my tooth I began to get nerve pain. I told Dr. Kim this and he gave me another numbing shot and walked away for 30 min. He then came back and grabbed the drill again and began. I again felt the nerve pain in my tooth and I told him. He began to get irritated and instead of stopping, he grabbed another drill and began using that one. I then told him that one was hurting as well, and he then grabbed a third drill and started using that. Again, I told him it hurts and he gave me three more numbing shots and then stood up and said "I don't know. I don't know", he then walked out leaving just me and the dental assistant. She reassured me that they would be back in a few minutes to finish the filling...30 minutes later Dr. Kim walks back in and is able to finish the filling without further pain. My appointment was at 3 and since I was left to sit in the chair for several 20-30 min periods, I didn't leave the office till 5. Dr. Kim may be a good dentist, but sadly today I did not get to experience that. I won't be returning which is a shame because the ladies there are so nice.

Dr. Kim was rude and had attitude. The way he talked to me sounds like salesman.

So far I had called twice to set up appt for the next week for an initial visit. I have denture and partial. One of my last teeth has been hurting off and on for a couple of weeks while I was out of town for work. I'm a truck driver. Waited all day Friday for someone to call me back. So I got home Monday and called office again and to my surprise I got a limited appt to evaluate my situation. Cost for the visit and 1 xray was $121. Was told they may be able to get me in on the 31st for 2 extractions and was given quotes for replacement of the 2 teeth in my partial. Everyone was very nice and easy to understand. So I upgraded my review

*My wife was seen by Dr. Kim. Please be cautious, as he uses very manipulative practices* My wife was referred to the Forum Dental in Rolla for wisdom tooth extraction. 5 minutes after the doctor came in, he went on for 30 minutes about how my wife needs Invisalign ($5000). When my wife asked about the pain she was having from the wisdom teeth, he said to use Orajel haha. My wife was very upset because the doctor told her that her crown might fall out due to the Invisalign. The dental assistant proceeded to tell her "it's okay at least you're married. My wife and I feel as though the doctor was trying to take advantage of us being young and upsell us even though she is having severe pain from her wisdom teeth coming in. Please be aware of this doctor's manipulative practices and get a second doctor's opinion.

I've been going to Forum Dental for several years and I have been happy with the general management, treatment of patients, and skill level that I have experienced there. As an older person I have more needs than the average patient. Most recently my dentist has been Dr. Kim. I am impressed with his knowledge and his explanation of how dental problems occur. At his suggestion, I tried a new kind of partial to replace my uncomfortable and ancient metal partial. My new partial fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable.I give Dr. Kim an A+ for his concern, his knowledge, and his expertise! Highly recommend...

I wish that there was a way to split a review into different sections. In terms of the service and professionalism of the providers I have been very impressed. They have done very well to work with my wife and children with their dental needs. This is a big accomplishment and says alot about their care as previous dental experiences at other facilities have cause both physical trauma and psychological trauma in the past. For this part of the facility I would give it 5 stars. However, I had to call the office to discuss an insurance question. My spouse had informed me of what the staff told her in terms of how our dual insurance would be billed. Because the information relayed to me was inaccurate I called the office to verify all things were on track. I wound up speaking with a woman who told me she files the insurance and as I was talking with her about my questions regarding their billing process she was rude, smart mouthed and highly condescending. I can honestly tell you the if she worked for my office and spoke to a client in the fashion she spoke to me....she would have been fired on the spot and escorted from the building. I hope the rest of their support staff are not as rude as this individual. I hope she is amazing at her job because her people skills leave alot to be desired.

Worst place ever. I did the Invisalign consultant, which they announced as FREE CONSULTANT, and after 3 months, I got a bill. I talked to them, i was told it was for examination for the invisalign consultant becuase the doctor saw my teeth. Ridiculous. Just with my mouth open even without x-ray or anything, it was called comprehensive examination? I am doing a consultant with my teeth, should i just keep my mouth closed for free teeth consultant??? Once I open my mouth, sorry, it is comprehensive examination, I have to pay!!!

The staff is very friendly and everyone that works on my teeth always take the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. Dr. Kim is fantastic and very good at explaining what needs to be done.

My wife and I have been Forum Dental's patients and patrons for many years. We have always received excellent treatment and have developed personal relationships with Christen, our dental hygienist, and Dr. Cassidy. My wife had not been to a dentist since she was a child because of the treatment she had received. I finally talked her into seeing Dr. Cassidy. His compassionate and excellent treatment of my wife has given her much needed dental work done and confidence to have regular checkups. I and she give the highest recommendations for others to use Forum Dental for their dental needs.

The staff is the friendliest and most helpful I've dealt with in a dental office. Excellent care and communication make this the best place to go in Rolla or the surrounding area. Highly recommended!
