Great experience. The staff and the Dentist was friendly and took his/their time to make sure I understand the work that needed to be done. Also gave me a few choices. I do recommend them highly.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. The staff lied to me about ADA law and then had the dentist cancel my appointment saying I was being rude. Don't go here EVER!

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but this dentist and his team have changed that! Every staff member is incredibly compassionate, empathetic and judgement free. They take the time to create a dental plan for you, explain each step of the plan, and provide an estimate of the cost along with what your insurance will cover. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy. They send appointment reminders via text, email or phone calls. I highly recommend this dentist and his team if you have anxiety about seeing a dentist! In a nutshell- -friendly and knowledgeable staff - easy to follow dental plan and cost breakdown -clean and modern facility -clean restrooms -easy scheduling -appointment reminders via text, email and phone call -if you are late to an appointment they call to make sure you are okay -appointments are never rushed

Friendly people. Dentist did great work. Had a chipped tooth and they were able to get me right in on short notice. Will go back to them again!! Fairly new to the area and tried another dentist and didn't have a good experience. I'm glad to now have a dentist i'm comfortable with.

Amazing dentist practice. Everyone is always super friendly there especially Daphnia the hygienist. I am not always the greatest at taking care of my teeth but there is no judgment only teaching. The Dentist Dr J. who was not friendly is no longer there and has been replaced by an amazingly friendly dentist that fits the personality of the rest of the team there. We moved away to Forsyth but my wife and I still drive up to Ozark just to go to this team.

This office is great! All of the ladies that work here are so kind and helpful. They are very up front about the out-of-pocket cost so you don't have guess what services will cost. They are also great with kids.

First visit 2 weeks ago. Horribly infected tooth. Was given antibiotics, and scheduled extraction post antibiotics. Extraction completed yesterday. Absolutely no pain. I cannot recommend anyone better than Dr. Ha! Her, along with assistants, and office staff are wonderful. I will never go to another dentist as long as she is here. Thank you Dr Ha and all of your office staff! Also, I normally hate dentist appointments, as a dentist broke my jaw during an extraction years ago. They were very sensitive to my anxiety and acted accordingly. I highly recommend Dr Ha and Forum Dental in Ozark, MO.

What an amazing staff! Everyone from the receptionist, to the very gentle dental hygienist, Shelly, to Dr. Ha were amazing! The clinic was clean; billing was easy to understand, NO SURPRISES! I will return.

They are not only concerned about your oral health here they are also concerned about your medical health and will recommend you to see someone if they feel there is something wrong. and they call and check up on you after,

The staff was great and very friendly, parking lot was kind of hard to find since we are newer to the area but thats okay. I was surprised to get an appointment the same week I called! Will be bringing the whlle family here :)

Fast, efficient ,and painless. Just like you I hate going to the dentist! They knew how scared I was and asked if I was ok every step of the way. Both the dentist and assistant were caring and professional. O and the front desk girl was super nice. Highly recommend this practice!!!

My husband and I love Forum Dental. Their friendliness and customer service are the best of the best! Very clean and modern facility as well. Dr. Ha is amazing!

I am so impressed with Dr. Ha and Forum Dental. I'm a "big baby" when it comes to dentistry. I am treated like their only patient when I call for an appointment or sit in the dental chair. My procedures have been virtually pain free and Dr. Ha has a very gentle touch. If you are seeing a dentist elsewhere, you are missing out!!!
