Terrible experience! Called multiple times asking for a prescription because I am terrified of the dentist. Never once did they listen to me. Dr. Johnson was the doctor and after having a complete panic they said you should have asked for conscious sedation but no body in the office or with the dentist group ever offered or suggested that. They offered me Nitrous which is pricy even with insurance. During the procedure I kept telling them the Nitrous wasn't helping or doing anything for me. All Dr. Johnson kept saying was it is not a sedative. If anyone has a fear of the dentist I would GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here! Won't not go here or take your children.

Updated: a manager from the practice called and apologized that my experience was not what their office typically offers. She listened to my needs and did refer me to their St Roberts location due to the transition in Dentists. That one call made a world of difference. She advised that she used this as a training opportunity with her and was very sincere! Thank you! Service was NO WHERE Close to what I was expecting. I recently moved from Denver and my husband is a patient at this practice. I called and left a voice mail before operating hours ( posted online)( voicemail has no greeting) I also went online and made an appointment for emergency service ( crown came off) I had not heard anything back so I decided to call again and the call was answered. I greeted the gal that answered and mentioned I had called and made the online appointment and was wondering if she could assist. She seemed very short and stated they were not even open but asked what I was needed and I told her of my urgent need and she said she would get me in the last week of July. When I stated it was more of an urgent mater she got snappy and said "We don't have a Dr until then" I kind of laughed and said I understand but due to the urgency I was hoping for something sooner and appreciated her time.

My husband and I went into Forum Dental and my hygienist (Chris) was awful! I have had my teeth cleaned 3x a year for over 40 years! I have had wisdom teeth removed and 4 years of braces! And, more... He was the worst!!! Horrible mannerisms and kept telling me that this was "how its done" when he was hurting my mouth with the X-Ray trays and while cleaning my teeth! He kept acting like HE was the dentist and I was just ignorant! I am, in fact, an RN and know how to treat patients. He's Extremely RUDE! I had to go back in because he caused a horrible issue in the back of my mouth! The dentist repeatedly said that it was from the cleaning I just had. Didn't charge me for the emergency visit and prescribed a medicated mouthwash for me! My mouth was messed up for 3 weeks afterwards. He was having another "issue" with a man when I walked in & yelled out to him that was how he does it when the man was complaining to the ladies in the front area! The man was very upset and so was I! SAD DEAL when one BAD HYGIENIST RUINS a Dentist Office! Will NOT be back & know several other people who've told me the same thing!

I went to forum dental with good insurance and still paid out of pocket often. The first few months with my first lady dentist and the thought out plan was a pleasant experience but I didn't get to keep a regular dentist and got switched up three times. There was a plan in place for a year of dental appointments that was cut short due to the fact they gave me a new dentist that they had not even started covering yet. He had a heavy hand and my mouth was super sensitive for weeks afterward. They didn't do their paperwork. I had to pay $430 out of pocket when I was told I made a plan covering all of it with my insurance. Others were in the same boat close to when they were due to have their work finished... They still have yet to report it to the national debt collectors and I've paid in full months ago. Wish I had only gone for the first few visits and took my issuance and cash elsewhere.

Appointments efficient. The staff are organized and friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back to the exam chair. Because of their efficiency, I dont mind setting my regular cleaning appointments during the work day. I know I'll be done in an hour and back to the office.
