A Seattle native and living in Bothell, Dr. LaMarche, a Mill Creekdentist, has been delivering the highest quality of dentistry to the Greater Snohomish/King County community for over 40 years. He earned his Doctor ofDental Surgery degree from the University of Washington, School of Dentistrywhere he where he was a member of the prestigious Honors Prosthodontic Programand graduated on the Deans list. Following Dental School, he was awarded theMeritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal while serving as a dentalofficer in the US Army. After completing an internship in surgery, pedodontics(childrens dentistry) and restorative dentistry, he was the officer-in-chargeof a dental facility providing care to 50,000 troops and their dependents whileserving in Germany. He is a graduate of the Nobel BioCare Implant Residency, completed additional implant training with the HiOssen EIC program and completed both the University of the Pacific Cosmetic Continuum and the University of WashingtonCosmetic Continuum. He began his Lake Stevens practice in 1979. From 2006 through 2010 spenttime with his family and pursuing his passion as a nationally certified, high-performance-driving instructor for Porsche, BMW, Audi and Corvette Clubs. Dr. LaMarche enjoys spin cycle classes and rides with various bicycle clubs. In 2010 he formedForum Dental Group.

It was my first visit, I felt the doctor and listened to me and he was very thorough. I believe oral health is important to my general health and I was looking forward to receiving great care from Dr LaMarche. I have been waiting over a month for about a month for them to get back to me with a treatment plan. No one was returning my calls when I did finally get a hold of them they told me that Dr. Lamarche retired on the day of my visit.. Why did no one tell me I would have never try to establish care with a dentist that was retiring on my first visit. Please be careful with this company I feel very misled.

My recently visit with Forum Dental is tooth cleaning, and the new dental hygienist that I met, Carter, was great. He was so gentle , yet professional. I can't believe that I fell to sleep while he is cleaning my teeth. This dental office is always filled up with excellent staffs with a lot of experience and great care.

They are incredible, competent, and genuinely care about their patients, and will go above and above to ensure they receive the best care possible. My first visit and I'm glad I tried a new dentist. Dr LaMarche was thorough, answered questions, explained everything well. The hygienist was fantastic--she also explained what she was doing, consistently checked that I was doing ok (I'm kind of a wimp) and was careful and gentle. Receptionists were welcoming.
