I have been going to Forum Dental since I was a child in Rolla, moved to STL in 2017 and I've been beyond pleased with all of my work I've had done. Monday 2/22/2022 they showed me just how amazing they can be. My fiance went to have the LEFT side of his face evaluated for jaw pain around 4:00pm at Valley Park Dental Group. He walked out with a failed wisdom tooth extraction on his RIGHT side and said he would be fine to go to work around 6:00pm. They gave him a referral to Dr. Reti at Southwest Oral Surgery and told him to schedule when he had time. Once the localized anesthesia shot wore off he was in the worst pain. The prescription for Tylenol #3 didn't even begin to touch it. I called several times to the office and eventually had to call the after hours number since they never picked up before they closed. I STILL haven't received a call back from Valley Park Dental Group 2 DAYS later. Out of pure desperation I called Forum Dental- Ballwin the office was closed but Dr. Olvera has the machine set up directly to her cell phone and she picked up on the first ring. I know she didn't get the whole story out of me on the phone. I was extremely panicked and told her basically "I have no idea what to do. Please help!" She met us in 30 minutes at the office and had him joking around in 40 minutes. Took care of everything and sent us home with the appropriate medicine and aftercare. She's followed up via phone call and texts multiple times checking on him. She even reached out to Valley Park Dental Group to touch base about the continuing of care for their patient. Like I said they still haven't reached out to us two days later. I'm beyond grateful to Dr. Olvera for everything she did. Don't hesitate to see her. She's amazing!

They are very Kind and patient.I was very afraid because i didn't see a dentist for nearly 4 years.But all this ended right here and we love these guys! Be aware: the cleaning of your teeth will be Loooong and good. Oh and,they know what to do,even with kids and Babys.No force to Open the mouth or something harsh.

Tina did my cleaning today. By far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. For the first time I felt like they were trying to help me understand what was going on during the entire appointment and actually talk through everything with me instead of just quickly relaying info to each other (as I've had it done in the past) Big fan of this current staff!

Requested an appointment via their website. Received in an email the next business day and after a couple of emails back and forth had a time scheduled in a couple of weeks. Was a pretty painless process. Arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment and stood in lobby for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. I was told they had to remove my appointment from the calendar because I didn't fill out the paperwork and they couldn't get ahold of me to let me know about the cancelation. They said they didn't have my phone number, even though a number is required to request an appointment on their website. I double checked my emails and saw no paperwork or any emails since the initial scheduling.

So everyone hates going to the dentist, right!? Well that ends here! Best office I have been to hands down! From the first call, to the doctor it was superb service. Monica and Tina were so awesome and accommodating. I didn't feel like another number at all! The doctor was so kind as well!!! Come here for all your dental needs, seriously- your teeth will thank you!!

Everyone at Forum Dental in North County Belfountain And 270 was extremely nice and I would refer friends to them i had such a great experience and my Tech had the same name as mine so I would never forget at Mrs. Sandra

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! It was my first time at a new dentist since I was a child and this was right after things opened again from Covid, so the team went above and beyond to take care of their patients. Thank you!

Thorough cleaning and friendly staff. Quick service, even at lunch time. Noticed the same deficiencies as other dentists without previous knowledge and updated me on the problems as well as referrals for excellent oral surgeons in the area (I work in an OR, so I can tell). They take many kinds of insurance and have a convenient location off Manchester Rd. They took COVID-19 precautions seriously, which I appreciate deeply. Thanks for the hard work on my neglected teeth!
