Dr. Donato is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics. She has been a dentist for 14 years and has received extensive training in Cosmetics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Invisalign so that she can provide comprehensive care in one convenient location.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Work brought me to Fort Smith, Arkansas in 2009, and it has become my family's home. I am committed to creating memories with my husband, our four kids, and two Yorkies! I love to travel, cook, and do arts and crafts.

First appointment today! Nobody made me feel bad about the current condition of my teeth unlike other places I've been! Makes it so much easier to want to stay on the right track. Staff is incredibly friendly the entire time and you can tell they're working hard to get you where you need to be to start loving your smile again!

They don't properly inform you on what you are signing and agreeing to. They don't inform you that your insurance has capped for the year and then proceed to charge you that amount. Then they are zero help in resolving the issues.

Fort Smith Smiles is my go to place for lip fillers! It is like she reads my mind and does an amazing job every single time. I recommend them to everyone 100%. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! You will definitely not regret going with them!

I always enjoy how friendly the staff, technicians and dentists is to me. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who wants to feel they are cared for. I would rather go to the doctor a hundred times then the dentist once. I have always been terrified of the dentist but they make me comfortable and I don't dread the experience like I have in the past.

The staff at Fort Smith Smiles was great. The front desk was so helpful in scheduling me in quickly for my problem and checking me in and out. I was being seen for TMJ problems. The doctor's assistant Jessica was very friendly and incredibly thorough in obtaining all the X-rays and examining my mouth. Dr Donato was amazing, very knowledgeable and also took her time to do a very thorough evaluation of my mouth and explain to me the problems that I had along with the different options for treatment. They were all great at answering all my questions. I did have to wait a while to be seen because they were very busy but it was well worth it! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

The staff is extremely friendly. They explain everything and extreme detail and answer any and every question that you may have. Definitely happy that I chose them as my dentist office!

I don't ever get to see dr Donato - not even for a one second greeting on my visits ---, but her dental assistants SABRINA & JANET are pleasant, polite, & patient. Sabrina goes the extra mile to find answers to all my questions and is very thorough, helpful & considerate during my procedures. She makes my long drive from Fayetteville worth the effort and keeps me from not switching over to the Springdale location, which would be much much closer. Thank you. 5/10/22...lately Dr has made effort to speak / greet during my last few visits. This is greatly appreciated! She & her team are very concerned, considerate, & accommodating. They are exerting great effort to correct my dental issues. I am very grateful for their sincere compassionate professionalism.
