To say I am mad is an understatement. Our kids have been going to this office since they were little. Anyway both of our girls went in August for a cleaning and X-Rays. They found a small cavity on our older daughter's left tooth in the front, said they would schedule her to come back, they couldn't get her in until December. Well, it started bothering her last week and I called to get her in, of course they couldn't, so I was upset and asked them what I was supposed to do, so I called another dentist, family dentist office, they got her in quickly, 3 days to be exact. After all that I decided to switch both our girls to this office. THANK GOODNESS I did. When our oldest went in to have the cavity looked at , they found 6 more on the front row!!!! Then since they just had X-rays done that August , their insurance wouldn't cover another round of X-rays. This.clinic kindly did it at no charge. They found numerous cavities!! HOW Pediatric Dental Group miss all those? I'm so disappointed Now, we're concerned about our other daughter, don't know what they could've missed. Sounds like they do this to pocket money for when he issue becomes worse. I have no idea why, this is negligent on their part and unacceptable. Please be cautious.

We absolutely love Dr Murphy and Dr Acosta! My daughter had a horrible experience with Kool Smiles so she started seeing Dr Murphy when she was 4. She will be 16 in a few days and we still see Dr. Acosta! He and his staff are very professional and absolutely wonderful with my daughter! We miss Dr Murphy, but his replacement is awesome too!!

Lost us as a client because they won't let parents back with children. I can't send my daughter back alone during a doctor appointment- why is it REQUIRED for the dentist? Nope.

Great dr. But The nurses and staff at very unprofessional, rude & lazy. I've had the same appointment keep getting rescheduled for the past YEAR now because either they forget to call in the sedation medication needed for the procedure or will just not have the appointment on their schedule.

Dr Acosta is great But nurses and staff are so very unprofessional, rude & down right lazy. I've had the same appointment keep getting rescheduled for the past since July now because either they forget to call in the sedation medication needed for the procedure or will just not have the appointment on their schedule. I don't want to use another dentist for my children but it's to the point now where so much time gets wasted before they get anything done

The nurses are very unorganized and unprofessional they forget to call in prescriptions and phone calls for procedures. When confronted about the said issues they get defensive and blame it on the patient and will reschedule you 3 to 4 months out for no reason and forget your appointment was ever made. I love dr Acosta he really is a great doctor but the lazy rude nurses give his dental office a bad reputation. Hopefully they can get more competent people working with the DRS soon. This wasn't just a one time occurrence I've had the same apt for my so now for close year and it keeps getting rescheduled by the office because they do not call in for sedation medications or just not having the appointment on their schedule. Just beware OF ALOT OF TIME WASTED AND CONSTANT RESCHEDULING.

First I will say I love dr Acosta he is a great doctor BUT the nurses and staff at very unprofessional, rude & lazy. I've had the same appointment keep getting rescheduled for the past YEAR now because either they forget to call in the sedation medication needed for the procedure or will just not have the appointment on their schedule. They will only do one thing while at an appointment so it takes longer to get teeth fixed and they will literally watch a tooth get bad enough but won't do anything to fix it until its to a point that it needs a crown put in. It seems like they don't communicate throughout the office because everything is so disorganized there and When confronted with these issues the nurses get very defensive and have unprofessional attitudes.They try to blame it on the patient so it makes it seem like they're not at fault. My son is 6 and is very afraid of the dentist it's sad to see him get such anxiety because they forget the meds or keeps sending him home after we get there. The last 3x I've brought him to Dr.Acosta practice at the Fort smith office they've rescheduled due to their own laziness I don't want to change Drs but the nurses and staff there make it VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THINGS DONE.

Love them. I have NEVER had any problems with them. They was so great to my 2 girls. And my husband was like a big kid when he seen the game room.

This place has the WORST scheduling EVER!!! You can only schedule on thing at a time and scheduling is about 4 months out each time. So if your kid needs three teeth worked on. It takes almost a year to get them fixed because you can't schedule the next tooth until they fix the 1st and then ur out another 4 months for the 2nd tooth and so forth. They also let teeth get bad so they have to do crowns. Please look for another dentist!!! Dentist intently says let's keep an eye on cavities until they get bad and need crown. I had my child in for an exam and he never even mentioned fixing the cavities but another dentist said yes they need fixed or they will get worse and need crowns.

My daughter had the most horrible experience at Kool Smiles and it took me years to try to condition her to see another dentist. I mean the experience horrified her and we never went back. She had teeth pulled March 10th at Fort Smith Pediatric Dental Group and was so nonchalant about it. I really didn't even see fear in her. All she said was, "they better have something good on the tv for me to watch." If you only knew what this girl has gone through, you would know this was a major break through and a huge reflection on Dr. Bittle and his staff. She had teeth pulled and didn't cry. No one could go back with her because of covid and she didn't care. She told me yesterday, "Mom I love my dentist!" This is really saying a lot! This place is so awesome!

Run as far away from this place as possible. They ignore small cavities so they get big and they have to do crowns. They are horrible when it comes to scheduling. They will only schedule one cavity/ procedure at a time and each time they schedule it's about 4-6 months out. (So if u have 3 cavities that need to get fixed- expect to wait at least a year to get them all fixed). I recommended anyone but here.

Not bad if your child doesnt cry but my youngest was so scared of having fillings done . He cried all through out the procedure but was never violent or tried to move his head . When he was done he was still crying a bit but the dentist was clearly annoyed and proceded to tell me that he was not going to talk over my son unless he quieted down! Very rude and unprofessional. Will be taking my son elsewhere

Dr. Bittle is who my girls see since their first time to see a dentist they are wonderful people. The other reviews that are stating their kids or grandchildren were held down when you first go in the back the nurse asks you to sign few different papers but they explain to you what each one is for which one is concent to be worked on and the other is if need to be to hold down the child if need to be to get things done so them getting angry over it is wrong because you sign the consent and they don't hurt the kid my 5 year old is one that has to be held down it took me and 3 nurses just to do crown

The doctor is great, the operation of the office is awful. You can't ever get ahold of anyone when you're supposed to schedule a surgery that is already booked months in advance... do not recommend this dental group unless you have to. I wish Dr. Bittle was with a different group.
