Dr. Kollar is originally from Sylvania, Ohio. In 2010, she earned her undergraduate degree at Miami University and in 2014 her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University. After graduation, Dr. Kollar joined the team at Fort Meigs Dental with Dr. Gannon. Dr. Kollar is thrilled to be home, serving the people in the community she grew up in.
Dr. Kollar is happily married to Jeremiah Kollar of Bowling Green, Ohio. Jeremiah has been a chemical engineer for BP since 2011. They are the proud parents of Cameron and Olivia. Outside of work, the Kollars enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising and being outside.

Such a professional and excellent Dental Practice! I recently had a crown come loose on a Saturday; called the office, and Dr. Kollar interrupted her day off to meet me and address the issue! Great Dentists and great service!

Had an emergent filling issue, called the office and they got me in the same day. In and out in 30 minutes. Staff is very courteous and professional. Glad Dr. Kollar is my dentist.

Dr Kollar patiently explained all the options for a problem tooth. Based on her explanations, I felt comfortable going with the option she suggested. The entire staff including dental hygienists, dental assistants and the front office personnel are friendly and courteous.

Moving to Perrysburg in 2010 I naturally wanted to find as good a Dentist as possible for myself and my family. We researched, checked reviews, and got referrals. .... Good care.... Professional and friendly staff.... Insurance coverage.... Fair pricing.... Modern equipment.... Good location.... and the VERY BEST Dentists. At Fort Meigs Dental it ALL came together. Darcie was my hygienist and she was excellent. Very personable and enjoyable to chat with during my cleaning. Very friendly staff and a great experience. I am glad we found this office when we moved from out of state.

Kiersten was my dental hygienist and she did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The staff was very friendly and the quality of care was exceptional. Dr. Kollar did a thorough intraoral exam and was very helpful- walking me through and allowing me to understand my health plan. I very highly recommend Fort Meigs Dental as they took very good care of me!

I have been coming to this office for a long time and will continue to. Very nice staff as well as the Hygienists. Both Drs. Kollar and Gannon are down to earth as well as extremely professional, and honest. No games here.

Went in to see Dr Kollar on recommendation for a filling that had fallen out. They got me in quick and Dr Kollar and Paige were great! I was in and out within 45 mins I felt comfortable and it went so smoothly!! I have already recommended this office to a friend and will be back for all my dental needs!!
