Best dentist I have ever been to! Despite my previous history with other dentistries and the fears they instilled in me they gave me a whole new outlook on dentistry and what the good side of it is. Every time I have gone everyone working is in high spirits and very polite. His work is exceptional I told him I was nervous beforehand and he did everything he could to make me comfortable. On initial visit he explained everything in detail, answered every question, and was very transparent with pricing and his plan. Overall 10 out of 10!

Wonderful dental practice. Everyone is professional (very thorough), courteous, polite, and cordial. They'll inform you in advance of any costs associated with any future dental work. There are no surprises. Really enjoy each visit.

I have never written a review before in my life on line, but after receiving two injections prior to my treatment that I never felt at all I had to comment. I don't like going to the dentist and I definitely don't like getting injections. Dr. Paap picked up on this and performed incredibly as I never felt the injections and was not in any pain at all during the treatment. Best shots I have ever gotten and best dental experience. He only sees you and is not bouncing between patients. He explains everything that he is doing. I think Dr. Paap is concerned more about people than about money. He and his entire staff are very professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend Fort Hill Family Dentistry.

I had a couple fillings done there which was a painless experience. Had a little issue but he made adjustments after free of charge.

Dr. Paap, Michelle and the rest of the Fort Hill team provide superior dental care while making you feel at home. Dr. Paap does an incredible job explaining what my dental procedures entail in ways I can easily understand. He is impressively up to date on evidence based practices and techniques- it is obvious he loves to learn for his patients. As a physician, it is comforting to see a fellow clinician who is both skilled in his area of practice and personable at the same time.

As a first time patient I was very impressed with this practice. Extremely thorough cleaning with their amazing dental hygenist, and Dr Papp is very friendly. If you live in or around Clemson, I highly recommend.

I wish there is 0 star to choose. Our family has been with Fort Hill Family Dentistry for four years. It's time to change another dentist. Dr. Paap doesn't care his patients. What he really cares is money. I visited Dr. Paap to have my annual check and he told me that there was a cavity on one of my teeth. Because I saw nothing on it, so I asked him some questions. Such as how bad it was and why I didn't see anything. I believe normal people will become cautious when it's about part of your body. Dr. Paap pretended that he did't understand what I was talking about and why I asked these questions. Then he became very angry to blame me that I questioned his opinions and gave me that how dare you look. He became very rude and asked me either start the treating or get out. Just because I am a woman, doesn't mean I am easy to compromise. I just "get out" as he wishes. As a patient, I think it's my right to ask questions. If Dr. Paap doesn't wanna answer them, then he should quit his job. Cause answering questions is a part of this job. He performed not like a professional at all. I have many dentists and he is the worst ever. I usually don't write reviews, but not this time. If you truly care about you and your family members, please don't go.

Been going for four years and it was 4 years to many. In four years there was 3 different billing check in people, hygienist were nice but turn over is tremendous. My main concern is the dentist. During the four years I had two caps put in. One of those two caps came off 3 times. Prior to using this dentist and in a life time there were 3 other caps put in like 20 years ago, all those have never came off. Went back to have problem cap put back on and dentist entered the room. Very evident he had a problem with me by the expression on his face with his greeting. Then he looked in my mouth, expressed that how my mouth is formed by previous wisdom teeth extractions made it difficult for him to access the area. He shot novacaine throughout my mouth before having it in gum. Was going to shave even more off my stub, I stopped him and stated there was no way I could let him work on me. He was all indignant and stated he would have to document in my records my refusal. He is the worst dentist I have been to in 55 years. He can document all he wants.....but he will not be double filing my insurance nor getting any more money from me. I also never had an unpaid balance.

I have had trouble with my teeth my whole life, in and out of a large variety of dentist offices, and Fort Hill Family Dentistry was the first experience I had that made me feel like there is hope for my mouth. Thank you so much Dr.Paap.

Trash. I got a deep molar and this guy drilled too much, accidently made it a root canal. I dont know it until i checked with another dentist, he told me it should not be a root canal.
