I have referred two of my friends to Dr. Cheng who were just as impressed. I could not be happier with the service I receive. Josh S.
Dr. Cheng is a wonderful professional. He has been my dentist for the last 15 years or more. Over the years, he has performed different fixes in my mouth, like crowns, veneers, fillings and cavities, leaving me always smiling. I can't say enough good things about this medical office. I called at 10am in fairly severe pain. By 11am I was in the chair, and by 11:25 I had a diagnosis. Pretty good for having never been to their office. By 12:25 I was out of pain, and on my way. Make no mistake, while the object was a quick resolution to the pain I was experiencing, all my questions and concerns (including financial) were answered completely, and in a caring, compassionate fashion. Dr. Thorburn was professional yet personable, caring yet direct, and completely focused on giving me the best care available. I'm grateful. There's something special going on in this office that justifies all the wonderful reviews. I would recommend this office to my daughter who absolutely hates going to the dentist, or my 86 yr old mother, who has very special dental needs. Julia O.
