Dr. Brian K. Machart is a native of Houston, Texas. Interested in dentistry at an early age, he graduated from the Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions in Houston in 1985. Soon after he began working for a Houston orthodontist in 1984, he opened a small dental laboratory business where he fabricated orthodontic appliances. He operated this business for the next 16 years. In 1990, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Houston Baptist University and in 1996, his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Machart is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, and Greater Houston Dental Society. He is certified in the use ofInvisalignorthodontic appliances, the clear alternative to braces. Dr. Machart is very active in the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, having served 2015 as the Chairman of the Board, as well as serving many other positions in the Fort Bend community, including AccessHealth community healthcare centers board of directors. Dr. Machart enjoys fishing, anything on the water, golf, and travel. He is most proud of his daughter Maddison, who is class of 2018 LSU Tiger!
Dr. Dwight Peccora, a native of Sugar Land, Texas, graduated with his Bachelors of Science with honors from Baylor University and subsequently received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in the Houston Medical Center. Post-doctoral training include a Fellowship, Mastership, and Diplomat with the International Dental Implant Association, Fellowship with the International Academy of Facial Esthetics, and a prestigious honor as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Peccora was nominated as the 2015 Texas New Dentist of the Year.
Dr. Peccora is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, International Dental Implant Association, International Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Peccora currently practices General Dentistry as a partner Fort Bend Dental Associates in the Sugar Land/ Missouri City suburb area of Houston, Texas.
He currently resides in the Riverstone community of Sugar Land, Texas with his wife Amanda and his sons Lincoln and Grant. Dr. Peccora currently sits on the board of the UT School of Dentistry Alumni Association, the UTHealth Development Board, Greater Houston Dental Society board, numerous supportive roles to the Texas Dental Association, and as a partner of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.Beyond dentistry, Dr. Peccora is an entrepreneur at heart and is a founder and board member of Premier Dental Studios, Insight Dental Group, Premier Outsourcing International, and Seniors In Touch. Dr. Peccoras primary hobby is traveling for leisure with his family as well as for international and local mission work in medicine and dentistry.
Dr. George Jabbouris a first generation native Houstonian raised in the Sugar Land area. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry & Business. He later received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas School of Dentistry in the Houston Medical Center.
After graduating, he decided to establish his profession in the Fort Bend area, where he considers home. Dr. Jabbour is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Greater Houston Dental Society

This is my worst experience with a dental office in 40 years. I went in for a simple preventive maintenance cleaning but they wanted to sell me a deep laser cleaning that was not cover by insurance and would cost me $2,000 out of pocket. During my visit I over hard another Orthodontist telling another patient the same pitch about the deep laser cleaning. I am positive this is what they tell all their patients to extract more money from them. I left their office with charges for x-rays and oral exam but no cleaning. They sure did not have any problems billing my insurance for my 2 hours visit that ended with no cleaning and them wanting me to pay $2,000 out of pocket for my cleaning. This is dental group is scamming patents to extract more money for them.

Amazing employees and outstanding Dentist. All the clerks were very informative, thorough, and polite. The dentist did amazing work, and was very patient, thorough, and extremely kind!!! I strongly recommend them to everyone!

I hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time, so I was a bit nervous. But, Hey! It all went well. I didn't wait long. The staff was very friendly. The Dental Assistant was very good at managing my preparation for the Doctor. During my examination Dr. Scott Pinkston was polite, very understanding, and non-judgmental. He explained his findings, my condition, and my options. Glad I came. I found my Dentist.

This place was awesome. I have not been to a dentist since high school. The dental hygienist Dee was really good I haven't felt my teeth this clean ever. Made a whole plan and looking forward to my next visit.

Bad experience a couple of months ago went to get my tooth checked they said I needed a crown when they started they said my insurance wouldn't pay so I had no choice but to pay 1700.00 , after a couple of days had to go back because I was in pain and had a root canal which they should of done in the first place the insurance paid most of that , they told me upfront that the insurance would pay for the crown and then came back while I was on the dentist chair and said the insurance wouldn't pay , very disappointed will not go back again

I like Ms. Dee doing the tooth cleaning for me. Very detailed and feel not nervous like other's doing for me. Also the doctor( I forgot his name) doing implant & crown is very good at following up, makes you feel warm, cared and rest in mind that you can communicate with your doctor directly! That's not common in other clinics. I always experienced that the only one I can talk to is receptionist or nurse. You would never have chance to talk with your doctor directly. Furthermore, I thought they have advanced exam and treatment machines. High IT equipments are important for us in this modern society. I recommend Fort Bend Dental for your dental care.
