Terrible experience. Had to go to emergency room after forreston dental sent me home on half a root canal and they still demanded payment in full. Greedy people.

I felt all they cared about was my money...275 bucks for one x-ray. I had a horrific tooth ache. Dentist came in and spoke at me for less than 60 seconds, told me six hundred dollars to pull one tooth and didnt even look at my other teeth. The assistant said he found the bad tooth from tapping on my teeth with the blunt side of a metal mirror and not even the x ray. High tech. Joke I think. I was in an emergency situation in severe pain. Felt very taken advantage of. I told the Dr. That I could not afford that, he left the room imediately. Then sent in a young woman to shmooze me into a credit application. I left disappointed and still in pain with nothing gained. Still paid my bill and made another appointment for a week when I hoped to have his additional 600 bucks. Instead went to another dentist who did me right with full mouth x rays , not just the one side they gouge-charged me for. Next they had the nerve to send me a bill for $150.00 for missing my next appointment. Wow. I do not reccomend. There are good dentists out there, unfortunately it is not here. Worth the drive somewhere else.

My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed today. The procedure went so well and the doctor and staff not only took excellent care of her, but took extra time to go over post OP care. I highly recommend Forreston Dental. They truly care for their patients.

I received excellent care. I needed a tooth extracted and they were very quick and caring when I came in with extreme pain and crying like a baby.

Worst experience we've ever had. Dr. Haroldson was extremely rude to our 5 year old son. We were referred to her because she is 'great' with children- which is not the case. We don't write reviews and this is review worthy. Not only did she make our 5 year old feel uncomfortable by speaking to him like an adult, but yelled at him for not sitting up straight, not opening his mouth wide enough, putting his finger in his mouth and for being scared. He's a child. We do NOT recommend this place. By far the worst dentist we've ever encountered!!!! One word, RUDE.

Dr. Barnes is fantastic! Now his front desk ladies need to know about customer service! They have no clue what is going on! I was suppose to have other procedures, not now!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Minor pain in only 1 of the removal sites for the rest of the day. As somebody with difficult veins, it was a very pleasant surprise when the doctor was able to get the needle into my arm on the first try to put me to sleep. After some small talk with the doctors, before I knew it I was waking up and it was all done. Great experience. Thank you
