Dr. F. Ryan Foroutan received his bachelor of science degree from the University of California, Irvine, (UCI) majoring in Biology. He completed his doctor of dental surgery (DDS) degree from the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) in 1996, where he also received an award in Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. F. Ryan Foroutans expert training and professionalism have added to his acute eye for cosmetic dentistry. At Newport Beach Dentistry, Dr. Foroutan utilizes his expertise along with state-of-the-art technology to create the most individualized beautiful smile while delivering a relaxing and pleasant patient experience.

Dr. Saeid Malboubi is a Periodontist, Implant and Oral Plastic Surgeon, graduated from Boston University. He holds a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS), Master of Science (MS) in Oral Biology and Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies (SAGS) in Periodontics and Implant Surgery. He also has been involved in teaching Periodontics and Oral Biology as a volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Department of Periodontics. He also is a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology (ABP).
Dr. Malboubi has been practicing dentistry since 1996, he has always been dedicated to performing the highest quality standard of care dentistry during his over 20 years of practicing. He gets the benefits of both conventional and the state of the art Piezo Electric Surgery and Laser technology to enhance the outcome of his surgeries. He is a nationwide and worldwide speaker.
Dr. Malboubi lives in Moraga with his family and is a dedicated member of the Moraga Education Fund (MEF), believing children are the future leaders. He enjoys most sports and holds some international ranking in table tennis.

Long story short, I miss my old dentist but due to change in insurance, I am looking for a replacement. The details: I met the doctor in ALL other dentist offices I've ever been to. Foroutran Dental left my care completely up to the hygienist, who left plaque on my lower central teeth. If you're going to be lazy about a general cleaning, at least get the teeth I can see in the mirror. I'm assuming it's because she expected I would return soon to do the deep clean as she recommends but nevertheless, that's mediocre service at best. Perhaps scheduling conflicts arose with the dentist but isn't that the point of an appointment?
