    Got my daughters braces there and the experience was a very pleasant one. Staff courteous and very professional. Be prepared to be there for a while as they have lots customers but the wait will be worth it when it all said and done.

    I for sure gave this place a 5 star because Bonnie Bloom is very nice, like extremely nice. She always make me feel welcoming. She is always friendly no matter what. I also like the staff as well. I like the fact that if they've missed your call they will call you back. Really great staff at that place.

    I don't know if it's just because of covid, but this place has no sense of organization or communication. The worse experience I've ever had going somewhere. Trying to transfer you have to pay almost $800 dollars for records. This place is a joke. Can't tell me anything about my progress or how much longer I have. So unprofessional. When I called the lady talked to me like I was stupid too. I don't know how this place is still running. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Oh! Almost forgot they are hardly ever open!! They hardly ever answer the phone- no scheduling. First come first serve. Getting there early doesn't even matter you're going to have a long wait. And they also take like a 2 and a half hour lunch!! That would have been nice to know before I drove over an hour and called to see when they closed. Over this place!!

    So I just left Birmingham braces and the lady at the front desk told me I needed to pay 300 dollars because I was behind I ask her can I get caught up and pay 130 until I get caught up because I recently went through a hardship but she didn't want to hear that... only thing I asked her can she work with me until I get caught up... well maybe it was because I was black if I would have been white she probably would have worked with me until I got caught up... I recommended so many people here and look how I got treated..

    If I could give a negative star I would! This is the WORST place to go! Please please please spend your time and money else where cause this is a JOKE! The receptionist had a attitude at 6:45am! If you didn't wana be there you should've stayed HOME! I'll NEVER return!

    Very Quick and thorough customer service was outstanding. I walk in down horrendously every time and walk out smiling thanks to Birmingham braces. Absolutely 5 out of 5 I would recommend.

    Today was my initial appointment with this office. I traveled from Prattville for the convenience of having my future ortho appointments on the weekend to lessen the amount of time I take off from work. Being a first-time patient, no one bothered to inform me of the process for check-in. There is a sign-in station outside and a number system to pull a ticket. I assumed to sign in, grab a number, complete paperwork and wait to be called. I assumed wrong. After the long drive, I went inside to use the restroom and inquired of my appointment status. My appointment was at 10:45, by this time, it was around 11:20 and Ms. Bloom was giving the entire office lunch order to some restaurant when I found out I did not need to pull a number and wasted my valuable time. Next, I purposefully left the agreement form with the $4,600 I would owe them if I started treatment without it signature. Ms. Bloom asked me to sign, and I informed her I did not sign because I had concerns to discuss. I was told to hold on again while she completed her lunch order, and finally, after she completed her call, she was available to attend to the need of her potential patient properly. I informed her I have been in braces for a year and that I know my treatment should not be $4600. The receptionist stated it was a ballpark figure and persisted that I sign. She further noted the doctor would write the amount of my treatment plan on a different form. I insisted that I would not sign a document stating I'm held liable for an amount, and my fee is potentially less. I also requested an exam by the doctor first to determine my treatment plan and feel so I could sign the appropriate form. Ms. Bloom stated she would see if the doctor would do that, but he usually does not. I asked her who in their right mind would sign a document not knowing all of the information? I made an accusation and stated she would not sign a form without knowing all of the details. A staff member came from the back inquiring of the ordeal, and Ms. Bloom responded, "she does not want to sign the form." I politely educated the young lady on my reason for not signing. The young lady tried to explain to me the financial process in which Ms. Bloom told her she was wrong. I kindly stated, this is why I want my information detailed out before I sign. The young lady walked off and remarked, "I can see why she will not sign." After that fiasco, I proceeded to stand in the main waiting area due to a lack of seating and social distancing. Ms. Bloom asked if I wanted to sit or if I was going to continue to stand? Before I could respond, informing her of her lack of customer service and effort to welcome a new patient to the office, I was not aware of an extra seating area; she told me of the different seating area. I do not know how this office is used to doing business but today lacked professionalism. I asked Ms. Bloom for the information I filled out and my driver's license copy they made and left. The time was around 11:50. That's an entire hour of waiting without even seeing the dentist for an initial evaluation. My time may not be valuable to you, but it is to me.

    They don't deserve this one star. Customer service is ridiculous waiting time prepare yourself to be there all day. Please do not miss a month even tho they're only open 6 days a month with hundreds of people going there. Sometimes it's hard trying to catch them open when every month it seems like the days and hours change you're still paying them that $100 regardless. If you don't get work done why should you pay for something you didn't get. If it wasn't for the affordable price they need to be shut down if they can't run full business days and hours
