OK today I have a A tooth pulled today I like to say a big thank you to the doctor that pulls my tooth very professional And I would like to say a big thank you to the doctor's assistant in the room For being so polite and run a me through the instructions To keep me calm Just like that the doctor came in Before I knew it it was out And a big big thank you to the ladies at the front deskVery polite ran me through what I was doing and it would be OK the doctor was great she gave me a lot of informationAnd again talk to me off the ledge let me know it will be OK check in and check out she was so professional both of them so I would like to say a big big thank you to all of you there. Carl lorek. Ps I would recommend this dentist just to work on any of your teeth is me a Virgin very professional professional plus professional staff

I had to get wisdom teeth removed ASAP and was assisted by the helpful receptionists who worked with my schedule and got me in the next day for my procedure. I was quiet nervous for the procedure and received the utmost comfort and kindness for Shelly and Michelle as they prepped me for the surgery. I'm so happy these ladies took such great care of me before, during and after my visit of the office. Dr. Forfar was quick and my healing process was seamless. Highly recommend this practice. Thank you!!!

Dr, Forfar ASSAULTED me in his dental chair because I complained about being too sore and swollen after 4 days of a wisdom tooth removal. He yelled at me for coming in and then put some gauze in my mouth with some medicine. Then he jammed his tool into my tooth hole and my pain went from 4 to an 11. Yes 11. Beyond the pain scale. He never checked on me and then left, leaving his assistant to help me. She had to help me get to the front desk. I had to go back in 2 days for removal. I asked if Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde was in and she didn't get it, said only one doctor works here. He offered to apply medicine again and I refused treatment. He asked you don't want this medicine and I told him no and left. I am a 60 y/old male who has never been in this much pain when he ASSAULTED me. Do not use this monster. I dare you to respond to this you creep. I am filing a complaint with the state of Illinois.

Just recently had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled, and just like the nurse said I got a good nap, woke up and it was over. Dr Forfar is great, his team is awesome absolutely no complaints from me. I recommend u get your teeth done here seriously. I've never had a cavity, but my top two wisdom teeth grew in sideways I was literally chewing the inside of my jaw.. I had to get it done and yes do them all at once, now I feel great and I'm enjoying all my favorite foods again

I had a wonderful experience with Forfar & Associates. They were able to see my right away as I had issues with my wisdom tooth. Kamila was very professional and kind. Dr. Forfar was very informative and made the process a lot easier. Thank you!

Sept/October 2020 I was getting infections with a partially impacted wisdom tooth. So I knew it was going to have to be pulled. I went to see Dr. Forfar for a consult and he confirmed what I was already prepared to hear, that it needed to come out. Upon viewing the Panoramic XRay he did tell me that the tooth was very close to my nerve and I could have some issues. I still chose to have the tooth extracted. On the day of surgery the Dr and staff all made sure I was ok before leaving and that I had my paperwork on instructions for post-op home care. Also my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy before leaving the office. GREAT Dr and staff!!

Everything was great. Dr Forfar was professional and the procedure to take 2 of my wisdom teeth out was so quick, within 45 minutes i was in and out. The nurse was also so nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Dr. Forfar did a great job extracting my teeth. He was really quick and efficient, with a few tricks up his sleeve to really numb the pain. Jenn was a great help to assist, making sure they prepared me for the surgery. After I was all done, Shelly came to check how the operation went and tidied up the area. The ladies at the front desk were also a big help, making the beginning and the end an AWESOME experience. Overall, 5/5 keep up the great work.

Such an amazing and compassionate staff! Had to get a tooth pulled and was in so much pain. They fit me in next day, and were so kind and understanding. Dr. Forfar was really great, tooth was out before I could blink. Called to check on me next day, just to see if I needed anything. So to sum it all up; Very clean and comfortable office, reasonable prices, skilled Doc, and awesome staff. I'll never go anywhere else.

Dr. Forfar and staff accepted a referral on short notice for a rather urgent extraction. My experience was entirely favorable relative to their professionalism, friendliness, post-op instructions and follow-up appointment. Thanks for a great job!

I have had oral surgery with Dr. Forfar more than once. He is fast, efficient and painless. His office is conveniently located. His staff is friendly. They are all very caring. You are in good hands with Dr. Forfar. I gave him a gold star!

Dr Forfar is straight forward, yet gentle and you can really tell that he cares about his patients. The entire staff has to be the nicest I've ever encountered in a doctor's office. Excellent treatment, excellent care!!

Best oral surgeon ever!! Staff makes everyone comfortable. Dr. Forfar explains everything, step by step. Asks constantly if you feel anything. Can not recommend more highly and capable surgeon!!! I would give 20 stars if I could.

All three of my children had to have their wisdom teeth removed and Dr Forfar and his staff were phenomenon to deal with. During our consultations he explained things very thoroughly to me and each of my kids. Dr Forfar recommended we do them all at the same time, which sounded intimidating, but actually worked out really well. The entire staff couldn't have been nicer, and helped make the process very smooth. Day of surgery, we were in and out with all three in just a couple hours. When we had an issue with our pharmacy, Dr Forfar was extremely quick to respond and helped resolve our problem. Hopefully we won't need their services again any time soon, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I needed my wisdom teeth removed in the summer/fall of 2020. Full bone impactions on top and bottom. At first, Dr Forfar was kind and assured me everything would be ok. As soon as my insurance wasn't covered the kindness from him immediately disappeared. I was denied help with their loan program. Fortunately I had savings to cover the procedure I desperately needed. Almost $4,000 later and I'm taken in the back and quickly worked on. No longer than 45 minutes. Dr Forfar was extremely rude and unprofessional, I can only assume because I paid out of pocket and my insurance wasn't covered, meaning I couldn't afford to fork out more and more $ for more help with my mouth. The initial procedure was fine but when I was at home I was in excruciating pain. I called the office twice and got the answering service twice, I was just in a lot of pain. The answering service assured me they would relay my messages to the office. I never received a call back from the office even days later. Upon my return appt to check on the healing progress, I complained about the answering service never relaying my info. Dr Forfar rudely accused me of LYING about contacting them! On top of that, I got dry socket from the procedure. He jammed gauze in my mouth, accused me of incorrectly taking care of the wounds, and shoo'd me out of the office. Half the time I was wondering if the way they were treating me was legal! I would NOT go here if you don't have insurance they take. They are clearly biased here!

Had the best experience getting my wisdom teeth pulled here. Zero pain! And everyone was super nice,and took the time to sit and talk with me and making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this place!
