I've used this place for a few years and it was great in the beginning. I had no issues with the dentist, she was great. I had an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning that they asked me to reschedule 4 or 5 times. The last time I reminded them that they had rescheduled me 4 times already and they ended up keeping the last appointed. I was hesitant to use them again, but made another appointment 6 months out. I missed a call from them a month or so before the appointment with no voicemail left explaining they needed to reschedule. Call 5 days before the appointment, finally get them to call me back to find out the appointment needed to be changed and the soonest they can get me in is 2 months out. No thanks, I'm done.

This dentist replace an old crown without removing the decay FIRST. So she put a new crown over decay!!! OVER DECAY. I have had to go to another dentist to fix her unprofessional work.

Wonderful dentist and staffs. No complaints on anything. Service was fantastic. No other dentistry is better than Forever Teeth in Decatur and Azle TX....

I went here 6 months ago and they told me I had 7 cavities and that it would be about 1500 dollars with insurance to fix them. I couldn't afford that at the time so I waited to get new insurance. When I went to a different dentist they said I only had 1 and had no idea how they counted 7.

Hygienist was super. Gentle yet thorough. Tiffany at the front desk is a doll. Got me right in.

Always pleased with treatment I receive here. Megan is awesome with cleaning. I would like to recommend this place to anybody looking for professional, friendly, and courteous service! This office is all about customer service and making their patients feel valued and welcomed. Don't waste your time going somewhere else's.

Had to have a root canal today I did not feel a thing. She made sure I was numb before she worked on me. Even after the numbing wore off no pain. I'm happy.

I was very pleased with my experience with Forever Teeth. The facility was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely make this the dentist office I go to.

If you need a tooth pulled, save yourself some time and go somewhere else. When my husband called to make the appointment he specifically said he had a toothache and needed it pulled. It wasn't until we drove 45 minutes and my husband was getting xrays did they inform me that the dentist would not be pulling the tooth. When the dentist came in to speak with my husband she told him it was too infected to pull and he would need to take antibiotics and come back in a week. We left and went somewhere else. My husband was able to get his tooth pulled and there was NO INFECTION.
