Rude person at front desk. I had 2 appointments scheduled for 8am confirmed verbally, via text and email. First person at the door and signed in. One child was taken in 4th after other people who arrived behind us. 2nd child was take in at 9.06 am. Front desk lady told me his appointment was at 8.30 am. Assistant told me it was at 8 .45 am. I showed her the texts and emails.

(Translated by Google) Horrible they had my son in a year taking medicine and they sent him x-rays and they did not find anything, one day I made an appointment and explained that my son had a hole in the middle 2 teeth and that I thought it was a cavity and they sent him Maasssss medicine, then I changed him to another dentist until vero beach they had to remove the tooth because if he had a cavity and they immediately tried to fix everything by having consecutive appointments, it is incredible I do not understand with so much bad service they should change staff if I could I would give it a lower score (Original) Horrible tuvieron a mi hijo en un ano tomando medicinas y le mandaron rayos x y no le encontraron nada , un dia saque una cita y le explique que mi hijo tenia un huequito en el medio 2 dientitos y que yo creia que era una carie y le mandaron maasssss medicina , luego lo cambie a otro dentista hasta vero beach tuvieron que remover el diente porque si tenia una Carie y inmediatamente trataron de arreglarle todo teniendo citas consecutivas, es increible no entiendo con tanto mal servicio deberian cambiar de personal si puediera le daria menos puntuacion

Forever Smiles is a great dental office with a lot of knowledgeable and helpful people that provides kids with a brighter smile. Best of all most their services are at no cost to parents. They have very experience doctors that love and care about kids and want to keep they mouth free from cavities. I would recommend them to any parents that care about their children's dental health.

The first time I visited I was extremely happy with the care they gave my two children. What has followed has been a nightmare. One of my children needed a filling. They completed the filling and a couple weeks later he complained of severe pain. Turns out that they didn't clean the bacteria well enough and his tooth now had an abscess. They prescribed him antibiotics and set an appointment for about 2 months later, the soonest appointment they could make to rectify their mistake. The medication gave him severe nausea and he couldn't keep it down and was written for 4 times day which was impossible to give my 8 year old - especially since they never gave a physician authorization form for school and he requires sleep to function as well as he was going out of town for his time with his father. I called and explained and they wanted me to bring him in again so they could charge another visit fee rather than simply correct the medication to fix their initial error. Eventually they agreed and were supposed to call it in to the pharmacy in my sons fathers town. They called it into mine. In order to save my sons health I got the medication and drove it to him. Two months go by and we go in for his correction since now it required a root canal due to the damage from the abscess and they tell me he has yet another one forming because the bacteria was trapped in the filling. They ask me if he's allergic to which I say no but he cannot have the antibiotic he was given originally due to not tolerating it and that 4 times a day was not possible with a child that young and in school. They still gave him that medication. As soon as I picked it up and realized the error I called them. I explained that I was there only a couple of hours before and what had transpired. They told me the doctor would call back. She did and she was the most rude and incompetent woman I've heard from in awhile. She kept telling me to give it to him before school, after school, before bed, and then when he wakes up. I had to repeatedly explain that before school and when he wakes up is basically the same time and after school and before bed are only like 3.5 hours apart and that at best that would be 3 times a day not 4 is she recommending I do not take as directed? She kept insisting that that was 4 times a day. When it finally clicked in her brain she was wrong she got incredibly defensive and said there was no other antibiotic, which I know isn't true since he had another one before and there are many different types. When I pressed her as to then how was it changed before she became upset handed the phone off and I was told she would call back. I waited until the next day and when it was the afternoon without callback I called again. I explained the situation and was transferred to the office managers voicemail. I left a message and wasn't called back until 7:30 am the next day. I missed the call by minutes and called back - the office wasn't open so I couldn't reach anyone. Th voicemail again stated they called in the antibiotic (the one he can't have) and that they would need to see him in order to change it (now again no longer a possibility because it's again time to switch time sharing with their father). I tried multiple times to reach them and nobody ever answered. I called and about 2:30 (they close at 2) I finally tell the receptionist a supervisor needs to call back because at this point they're now endangering his life since an abscess left untreated by his brain isn't good. He cannot stomach the medication, he throws it right up, and he's unable to take enough to keep it a Therepeutic level. They are effectively medically neglecting him.
