Dr. Abazari, for the past 19 years, has been setting the highest standards of excellence in clinical pediatric dentistry. Dr. Abazari received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. In 2004, she completed her residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Riley Childrens Hospital and Indiana University in Indianapolis.
Dr. Abazari is highly regarded in her professional community. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has lectured to pediatricians, general dentists and other dental specialists on current topics in Pediatric Dentistry.
Her lectures focus on the prevention of dental decay and early intervention. In addition, Dr. Abazari has lectured on minimally invasive restorative procedures, which have drawn lots of attention and interest in recent years.
Dr. Abazari has considerable experience and extensive training in caring for childrens oral health care needs. As an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatric Dentistry for 5 years in UCSF and USC, Dr. Abazari has contributed to the education and training of many dental students.
Dr. Abazari maintains memberships in professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry as she stays current on the latest advancements in the dental industry, She is also a member of local dental society such as Mid-Peninsula Dental Society and Santa Clara Dental Society.
Forever Smiles Pediatric Dentistry believes in giving back to the community, which is why every year, Dr. Abazari and her staff volunteer at schools, local moms club organizations and health fairs doing community outreach activities. Each year during Children's Dental Health Month, Dr. Abazari and her staff give toothbrushes, flossers and provide education for those in need.
Dr. Kamaths philosophy and practice of orthodontics in the last decade merges the perfect balance of both science and art. The exuberance and joy expressed on faces of her patients when braces are removed is equally shared by Dr. Kamath when she is able to deliver beautiful and healthy smiles. She believes strongly in building long-term relationships with her patients while creating a fun, welcoming environment.
Dr. Kamath was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry with honors in Orthodontics. Then she continued her education for a year in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from University of Maryland. Dr. Kamath pursued her dream of becoming an orthodontist and she received her postdoctoral certificate in orthodontics from Howard University.
Dr. Kamath has distinguished herself by becoming a board-certified orthodontist. Fewer than 30% of orthodontists nationwide have achieved board certification. An active member of American Board of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association, Dr. Kamath builds upon her years of experience by continuing her education focusing on the latest scientific breakthroughs, information and technology.
Dr. Abazari obtained his dental degree from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. There, he cultivated his passion for research, academic achievement, and community service leading several organizations and receiving the Merit Scholarship, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry Student Award, Tufts Research Fellowship Grant, and the Massachusetts Dental Society Public Health Award. Dr. Abazaris clinical experiences revealed the importance of a calm and nurturing environment for his patients, often due to poor experiences they endured during childhood. This emboldened Dr. Abazaris aspiration to be at the forefront of non-traumatic dentistry in the pediatric population. After dental school, Dr. Abazari completed his specialty training at the top-ranking Childrens Hospital of Colorado pediatric dental residency. For two years, he honed in on modern behavior management strategies, regularly treating dental traumas and acute infections in the Emergency Department, specializing plans for children with complex medical and behavioral needs, and completing over one hundred operating room and sedation procedures. Dr. Abazari believes in safe and effective treatment, but above all, believes that special considerations and a positive environment are required to provide the best care for children.
As California natives, Dr. Abazari and his wife enjoy spending time with their bernadoodle puppy, hiking, skiing, and exploring the beautiful California coast. As a movie buff, Dr. Abazari takes every opportunity to chat up his patients about all the newest Marvel and Disney movies.
Dr. Boloorchi graduated from Loma Linda Universitys Dental Anesthesiology residency program. Prior to her training as an anesthesiologist, she obtained her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her doctoral degree from USC School of Dentistry.
Dr Boloorchi has limited her practice over the past ten years to pediatric patients. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and is a board certified fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Her mission is to create a safe and comfortable experience for the patient while allowing the dentist to perform quality dental work in an efficient manner. She is a continuing education provider for the California Dental Board and lectures on medical emergencies in the dental office. She actively holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
A board certified pediatric dentist/orthodontist, also known as a Diplomat, have demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the field of pediatric dentistry /orthodontics beyond that of other dentists. According to the American Board of Pediatric Dentists, less than 38% of all pediatric specialists within United States hold this title and according to American Board of Orthodontics less than 30% of all orthodontists within US hold this title. Our daughter loves her Dentist and really adores the staff. On our last visit, our daughter had so much fun with the assistant that she told her to be there whenever she visits the dentist. Taking X-ray images of a 4 yr could be difficult task but the assistant really made it a cake walk. Superb!!

I have a 4.5 year old daughter with ASD (autism). We have been thinking about establishing regular dentist visits for her for a while, and researched ASD friendly dentists in the area. Forever Smiles Pediatric Dentistry came highly recommended, so we've decided to go there. The service was AMAZING. To start, our daughter was afraid of the gloves, wouldn't open her mouth, wouldn't even sit in the dentist's chair. The doctor suggested having several acclimation appointments, so my daughter gets used to the environment. Dr. Abazari and her staff sacrificed their lunch time to accommodate these visits, and was very compassionate in the process. Dr. Abazari worked with us on establishing home routines that would prepare our daughter for the appointments, and gave a lot of good advice. In the end, my daughter was able to happily come to the office, sit quietly in the dentist's chair, open her mouth and let the doctor examine her teeth with dental tools. And she was happy and smiling in the process. We are forever grateful to Dr. Abazari and Forever Smiles Pediatric Dentistry staff for helping our daughter. We are looking forward to routine dentist visits with them in the future.

My 4 kids had their new patient appointments this week and it was great! Nice staff, good at explaining everything to me and my kids. We just moved to the area and a neighbor recommended this practice. Glad we were able to get appointments so quickly too, they had 4 spots open the week after I called. Worked out great!

I can see how they are able to deal with kids with all the TV, colors and the setup, I recommend this practices for general simple cleaning and checkups. Beware of the practice for everything else. Their capabilities and quality of service fall flat real quick, with what I believe a new found demand for their practice and lack of doctor's focus on individual cases. They don't take notes or follow the plan they recommend, they slide away by giving many disclaimers and change the course of actions very quickly. This caused avoidable trauma for my kid. * Cavities went up from 3 to 4, just by looking at the only x-ray during the appointment to a call made 1 day later. * High demand makes the doctor delegate all the work to new nurses, who try to get help for their own sake from other nurses and have multiple people around the kid and creating unnecessary panic. And blame all on the kid for panicking. * Doctors don't know what goes in the room and jump to conclusions without discussing the process with parents. * Takes recommending full anesthesia too lightly. Dr. Abazari can talk in circles without explaining their recommendation and without making any sense and cannot address any concerns or questions. * More serious you talk, more appointments open up in this facility

If I could give more stars I would!! Dr. A is one of the best dentists my kids have been to. Her and her staff are professional, kind, friendly, informative and all services from front desk, to cleaning and dentistry work are first class! My kids love how much fun they have when they go here. Because we moved, having to find a new dentist for the kids and then going to a new dentist made my kids and I very anxious. I am happy to say....my kids asked when we will come back !!!!!!

We are so lucky we found Dr. Abazari! It was so nice to have Dr. A take her time and explain everything to me. She was so thorough and detailed. The paperwork was straight forward and the whole team is so knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. A has many years of experience and we didn't feel like we were rushed or pushed any treatment. One of the best parts was that she sees kids and has an in house Dr. for the braces so I don't have to go to different offices. Definitely recommend Forever Smiles Pediatric!!!

What a delightful experience. My girls, two and four years old, loved their dentist visit. Everybody was extremely friendly, kids oriented and professional. On top of the ceiling was even a TV hanging, which is a perfect distraction for kids! The place looked very clean and modern. And my kids loved their goody bag at the end of the appointment, which included a toothbrush, tooth paste, dental floss, a sand clock and a toothbrush case. I can highly recommend it!!!
