Dr. Abazari, for the past 19 years, has been setting the highest standards of excellence in clinical pediatric dentistry. Dr. Abazari received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. In 2004, she completed her residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Riley Childrens Hospital and Indiana University in Indianapolis.

Dr. Abazari is highly regarded in her professional community. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has lectured to pediatricians, general dentists and other dental specialists on current topics in Pediatric Dentistry.

Her lectures focus on the prevention of dental decay and early intervention. In addition, Dr. Abazari has lectured on minimally invasive restorative procedures, which have drawn lots of attention and interest in recent years.

Dr. Abazari has considerable experience and extensive training in caring for childrens oral health care needs. As an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatric Dentistry for 5 years in UCSF and USC, Dr. Abazari has contributed to the education and training of many dental students.

Dr. Abazari maintains memberships in professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry as she stays current on the latest advancements in the dental industry, She is also a member of local dental society such as Mid-Peninsula Dental Society and Santa Clara Dental Society.

Forever Smiles Pediatric Dentistry believes in giving back to the community, which is why every year, Dr. Abazari and her staff volunteer at schools, local moms club organizations and health fairs doing community outreach activities. Each year during Children's Dental Health Month, Dr. Abazari and her staff give toothbrushes, flossers and provide education for those in need.

Dr. Kamaths philosophy and practice of orthodontics in the last decade merges the perfect balance of both science and art. The exuberance and joy expressed on faces of her patients when braces are removed is equally shared by Dr. Kamath when she is able to deliver beautiful and healthy smiles. She believes strongly in building long-term relationships with her patients while creating a fun, welcoming environment.

Dr. Kamath was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry with honors in Orthodontics. Then she continued her education for a year in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from University of Maryland. Dr. Kamath pursued her dream of becoming an orthodontist and she received her postdoctoral certificate in orthodontics from Howard University.

Dr. Kamath has distinguished herself by becoming a board-certified orthodontist. Fewer than 30% of orthodontists nationwide have achieved board certification. An active member of American Board of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association, Dr. Kamath builds upon her years of experience by continuing her education focusing on the latest scientific breakthroughs, information and technology.

Dr. Abazari obtained his dental degree from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. There, he cultivated his passion for research, academic achievement, and community service leading several organizations and receiving the Merit Scholarship, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry Student Award, Tufts Research Fellowship Grant, and the Massachusetts Dental Society Public Health Award. Dr. Abazaris clinical experiences revealed the importance of a calm and nurturing environment for his patients, often due to poor experiences they endured during childhood. This emboldened Dr. Abazaris aspiration to be at the forefront of non-traumatic dentistry in the pediatric population. After dental school, Dr. Abazari completed his specialty training at the top-ranking Childrens Hospital of Colorado pediatric dental residency. For two years, he honed in on modern behavior management strategies, regularly treating dental traumas and acute infections in the Emergency Department, specializing plans for children with complex medical and behavioral needs, and completing over one hundred operating room and sedation procedures. Dr. Abazari believes in safe and effective treatment, but above all, believes that special considerations and a positive environment are required to provide the best care for children.

As California natives, Dr. Abazari and his wife enjoy spending time with their bernadoodle puppy, hiking, skiing, and exploring the beautiful California coast. As a movie buff, Dr. Abazari takes every opportunity to chat up his patients about all the newest Marvel and Disney movies.

Dr. Boloorchi graduated from Loma Linda Universitys Dental Anesthesiology residency program. Prior to her training as an anesthesiologist, she obtained her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her doctoral degree from USC School of Dentistry.

Dr Boloorchi has limited her practice over the past ten years to pediatric patients. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and is a board certified fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

Her mission is to create a safe and comfortable experience for the patient while allowing the dentist to perform quality dental work in an efficient manner. She is a continuing education provider for the California Dental Board and lectures on medical emergencies in the dental office. She actively holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support

A board certified pediatric dentist/orthodontist, also known as a Diplomat, have demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the field of pediatric dentistry /orthodontics beyond that of other dentists. According to the American Board of Pediatric Dentists, less than 38% of all pediatric specialists within United States hold this title and according to American Board of Orthodontics less than 30% of all orthodontists within US hold this title. With this level of certification, a dental practitioner demonstrates their desire to achieve excellence in field of pediatric/orthodontics dental health.
