Dr. Dhake graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. She has practiced at a variety of group practices and public health clinics throughout the Chicagoland area. She is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and American Dental Association. She loves providing compassionate care for her community and strives make every patient feel as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Daisy Varughese provides quality, customized care at ForeverDental with the utmost compassion. As a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry, she is also an active member in the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. She is also pursuing further dental education through a Fellowship program with the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Varughese truly listens to each of her patients and provides them personalized dental treatment, catered to their needs and desires. With comfort and patient education as top priorities, she strives to make you and your familys trip to our office a positive experience.In her free time, Dr. Varughese loves learning about eco-friendly practices, baking delicious cakes (a dentist with a bit of a sweet tooth), doing yoga and exploring the city of Chicago. She also loves to sing and often renders this talent to comfort children (and adults by request).
Dr.Upwards graduated from Midwestern University. He has a very gentle touch andis very thorough. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys playing and listening to music as well as running and biking.
Juanita is one of super star hygienists that has a gentle touch and a warm smile. She loves getting to know her patients and providing patient focussed care. In her free time she loves to travel and spend time with her husband and kids.
Kyrstyna is one of our super star hygienists at Forever Dental Archer office and has been working at this office for more than 15 years. She treats her patients at Forever Dental as part of her extended family. She speaks Polish and English and makes every effort to make her patients get the best care.
Angelica has grown up in the Brighton Park community. She lovesvolunteering and spending time with her family. Her favorite thing about being part of the ForeverDental team is getting to know her patients and making sure they have a great visit!
Mayra has worked at other dental offices and finds Forever Dental to be the most friendly and caring of all. She is proud to work with such a team of doctors and staff that care about their patients overall health and each other. In her free time, she likes to hit the gym and workout. When its nice outside, shell go for a run, but her favorite thing to do is spend time with her friends and family.
Annette is a smiling face you can find greeting you at Forever Dental. She loves helping people improve their smile and gain confidence in what they do. When she is not helping patients, she is busy spoiling her beautiful daughter, niece and nephew.
Belen is constantly looking for ways to improve her patients experience. You can find her assisting in general dental as well as orthodontic treatment. She loves learning about oral health and sharing what she learns with her patients.
Leticia is another team member striving to make her patients experience at Forever Dental very enjoyable. When she isnt educating patients on importance of goodoral hygiene, she is spending time with her daughter, son and family, running, and playing guitar.
You can find Ana when you walk in the door greeting you with a smile. She does her best to make sure her patients have a full understanding of their treatment as well as how their insurance works. Her her spare time, she spends time with her two sons and husband.
Patricia is another smiling face you will see at our office. She does everything she can take make sure her patients are informed, comfortable and happy. She lives very close to our office and has ties to the community. She has a true passion for dentistry and peoples well-being. She speaks Spanish as well. She loves spending her free time with her two kids, husband. and dog.
