Dr. Endsley grew up in Eagan, MN and attended St. Olaf College for his undergraduate studies. He then went on to earn his DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago after receiving the Health Professions Scholarship from the US Army. Dr. Endsley served 6 years in the Army, and during that time completed a rigorous 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, earning a Masters degree in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in the process. During his final year in the military, Dr. Endsley also served as an adjunct assistant professor for the USUHS Postgraduate Dental College, serving as a clinical instructor for the Langley AFB 1-yr AEGD residency program. Currently, Dr. Endsley serves as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Minnesota College of Dentistry.Dr. Endsley is one of the few dentists to be both a Diplomate with the American Board of General Dentistry, and a Fellow with the Academy of General Dentistry. He maintains memberships with both of those organizations, as well as the American Dental Association.Dr. Endsley is thrilled to be back in his home state with his wife, Alex, and daughter, Emmalyn, and while no longer on active duty, he plans to continue his service with the MN National Guard.

My nose was somewhat stuffed up. Dentist didn't seem happy I was breathing they my mouth. So he wanted me to breath thru my nose. He could be more polite about it. Also, never had a dentist complain about my tongue being in the way so much.

As always, my visit was great! In fact, I've been going to Forestview for 30+ years! It was my first time meeting a new dental assistant this morning (Rachel?) and she was great! I can tell she really loves her patients and job! She was knowledgeable and professional, but also warm and we had a nice conversation! Thank you Forestview!

The staff at Forestview are friendly and professional. My hygienist Liz was friendly and confronting during my visit. The doctor, Dr. K was also very friendly and professional during my visit. His assistant Laura was the best, made the experience nice and welcoming. I will be going back and would recommend going to Forestview for your next dental appointment!!!

Love this dentist office. Ask for Elizabeth for your teeth cleaning. She is very good. Dr Endsley is awesome. He does get job in keeping me comfortable and getting done what is needed
