Doctor Bowman is a Graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine where he graduated in the top of his class. He has been practicing in the greater Charlotte area since completion of dental school in May of 2008.
Dental treatment can be a source of anxiety or fear for many patients. Dr. Bowman has a relaxed, caring manner, and is very attentive to his patients needs and concerns. He is a good listener. He is able to develop relationships of trust easily with his patients.
Away from the practice Dr. Bowman enjoys being with his wife and children. He has been married to his sweetheart Bonnie since 2001 and is the father of 5 wonderful children. Benjamin, Isabella, Gwenivere, Logan, and Leisel.
In his spare time, Dr. Bowman enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, and wakeboarding. Dr. Bowman is active in church and currently serves as a Youth Leader. He loves Classic Cars, and is in the process of restoring a 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Spyder Convertible.

I love going to Forest Lake Dental. The staff, hygienist and Dr is very patient understanding and caring. Not to mention they do a great job.

I have terrible aniexty at the dentist. I have had such a great experience with Forest Lake and I am so much more at ease when I come in for my appointments. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Forest Lake from the front staff ladies to the doctor and assistance. Front staff is always so kind and helpful!

Forest Lake Dental is AMAZING! I'm typically anxious when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Bowman and his staff make you feel extremely comfortable. Everyone there is so pleasant. I've had the most fantastic experience and high quality care. Dr. Bowman, Erin and the team are so amazing. The ladies in the front, Kayleigh and Mariah are so welcoming and helpful.I strongly recommend Forest Lake Dental to anyone seeking to improve their dental health. You won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Forest Lake Dental for several years now, and have recommended them to friends and family. The staff is always super nice and I never have to wait past my scheduled appointment. I also appreciate their reminder texts.

First impressions are very important. Even before I was seen at the office I talked to a very wonderful staff member that took all my information, explained all of the new patient information and set up my initial visit. The front office is very bright, cheery and clean. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. They see you as family and not a $$. Dr Bowman is genuine. He cares. He talks to you like a friend. He is kind and listens to you. He goes over all of your concerns and fears about dental procedures. I also had my dental cleaning. Erin is amazing. She asks questions about sensitivity and or pain and she shows a genial touch to fit your needs. The day of my dental procedure I again was treated so well. They went over all of what they were going to do that day. I was expecting some "zings" of pain or discomfort. To my surprise, this was the first dentist in my 49 years that DID NOT HURT! I actually at one point started to fall asleep. I have 4 more appointments set up and I am very happy to say that I cannot wait to go. Forest Lake Dental is a Home run hit for my family.

A visit to the Dentist has always been a trematic and stressful experience. However I have found The hygienists and Dr Bowman exceptional in providing a warm, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere as well as competent and thorough care. I will not hesitate to highly recommend Forest Lakes Dental.

Hands down, the best Dentist around! I have been in the Carolina's for about 14 years and have been to many different Dentists. I went on my Next Door App to ask for recommendations and so many people recommended Forest Lake Dental in Wesley Chapel. From the first phone call to my first visit, every single person I encountered was helpful, understanding, sympathetic, listened and just as nice as can be. I spoke a lot with Kayleigh who was so helpful getting me set-up for my first visit. She was such a pleasure to speak with and was really patient and accommodating dealing with my work schedule. I have anxiety when it comes to Dentist visits and ALL of the staff including the hygienists and Dr. Bowman were truly amazing making me feel calm and relaxed. The office is beautiful, clean and the dentist chairs are so comfy and have massaging and heat if you so desire. If you are looking for a new Dentist, you have to go see Dr. Bowman and his team at Forest Lake Dental in Wesley Chapel.

Comforting and Caring: Gentle: Accommodating: Fun: (that's right I said fun... about a dentist) If you're not here, you're not really getting the best dental experience possible. ===== Original Review ====== Moved to the area almost 2 years ago. I had seen a dentist when I first moved to the area, was not a great experience. Had been looking for a new dentist, then one day I lost a filling, panicked but Dr. Bowman et al came through on short notice and in what was an emergency for me. They made me feel comfortable knowing both the work and my experience would be fantastic. I have now been back for a cleaning, and that was an amazing experience as well... I know no one likes to go to a dentist, but if you have to go to one. Go to this one. Honest work, not trying to over bill you for things you don't need (crowns etc), and open about options, and choices are left up to you to make. Thanks for doing the work you do and with such care.

I really love this dental office. Kayleigh at the front is personable and efficient with scheduling and billing. Both Kayla and Maryanne are excellent hygienist. Dr. Bowman is a kind top notch dentist who does all he can to help you have a healthy smile. Fantastic Dental Office!

My anxiety is real when it comes to dentist. Dr. Bowman and staff are finer than frog hair when it comes to putting you at ease and treating you like your concerns are valid. I can't say enough how much I love them and appreciate what they do. Kayla is one of a kind amazing, awesome and cool hygienist. She is the bomb!
