October 2022 update 3 My son had his braces removed before the summer. The last two years, I've noticed a turn over in most, if not all, of the assistants. We were actually instructed to come back earlier to check if my son needed to continue wearing his retainers full time. But, we were away for vacation and had to wait until September. The new male dentist didn't check anything (his mouth, bite, retainer fit), just told my son to wear his retainers for another month because that's customary and to return in December. We have had a great experience here. Seeing new assistants every time and this new orthodontist makes me glad my son is done with his treatments. 2020 review 5 I have been taking my 13yo son here for a few years. We started with a palate expander, then head gear, and his time with braces is almost done (so we're told). Dr's Andretta and Kopcza have done an absolutely wonderful job improving his teeth and smile. The front desk staff and assistants are a pleasure to deal with.

The staff at Forest Hills Orthodontist are amazing and super nice! The appointments are always quick and easy. The office looks nice and the quality is great!

I was seen yesterday for a consult, and I have to say the staff at the office is amazing! Cynthia and Hartley were so helpful with financials and insurance! I saw Dr. Weiss, who helped me decide what treatment option was right for me. I am so excited to get my braces put on! Thanks to everyone at this office for helping me on my smile journey!

Don't really have a good experience here at all. I saw a pretty accurate review about the staff being nice sometimes and other times not. A lot of the time I feel uncomfortable going into this office because the staff just aren't polite and kinda have an attitude which is super rude when I've paid thousands and all I want is my teeth fixed without the attitude. And to schedule an appt it's terrible. Had to wait 6 weeks for my next appt and my Invisalign tray was already old. So I had to stay with my very yellow aligners that just won't whiten (I tried everything) and they also cracked a little for all that time. It was embarrassing and I'm pretty upset about it. I asked for a replacement and they said they didn't have any which is weird because if I lost them then what. Not very pleasant experience wish I could switch orthodontists but I already invested thousands and I'm near done. I dread having to deal with this office.

I've had a great experience here for years. All the staff are lovely and have been there for some time. You can tell it's a good working environment. Love being seen here! Also it's beautiful and newly renovated!!

I want to give a big shout out to the staff at Forest Hills Orthodontics for their professionalism and the care they give their patients. Take it from me - you're never too old to get braces! Now that mine are off, I will really miss seeing Cynthia, Lisa, Gennine, Carmen and Dr. Lidia. :-(

Not only was I impressed by the look of the place but the ladies were all wonderful. They took time to explain to my child what to expect during this and the future visits. We left feeling very happy we found this place.

Forest Hills Orthodontics is very welcoming and professional. They were able to switch the time for my twins appointment without a problem. They took my daughter first because she had a longer appointment, which I appreciated since they needed at attend Hebrew school later in the afternoon. After my son was finished, the secretary scheduled the follow up appointment promptly. Thank you!!

I love it here! Have been coming since 2017 and have a bunch of relatives that come as well. They are always very nice and very clean so you never have to worry about anything!

The staff and the Dr. are super nice and always treats their patients with care. I've been a patient for two years and everything has been perfect. My teeth have seen great change with braces and I am very happy here. I definitely recommend.
