The receptionists at the front desk are very welcoming..The Dentist and her A ssitant are beyond nice and very good at their job. I had my teeth cleaned and I was so very pleased with the Dental Hygienist is so nice & easy & thorough. I love this place & have my teeth cleaned here twice a year.

I got my first cleaning since COVID and absolutely loved meeting Trinity! She is a knowledgeable, fantastic hygienist and overall a great human. I have an oral auto immune disease and when reviewed my chart and saw I had it was one of the first things she asked me about. I opened up to her about my experience getting it diagnosed and the signs and symptoms I now look out before my flare up gets bad. I could tell she has researched it before and is truly invested in learning more about it to be able to help future patients. Lichen Planus is extremely painful and can get out of control quickly if you don't control your stress or find the right combination of medications to treat it. I remember looking high and down for a dentist or oral surgeon who specialized in it but one doesn't exist in Austin our surroundings areas. Just knowing there are more patient out there who have the same thing as I do is comforting because the more patients who have it the more providers and healthcare professionals will be able to identify and treat it accordingly.

The young ladies were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I was made very comfortable and felt at ease knowing that I was getting the best care possible!!! I would recommend Forest Family Dentistry to anyone. It's obvious that the office manager is a professional & knows what he or she is doing.

I visited FFD&O and I was very disappointed with the lack of professional service I received. The staff was very young and lacked experience as was the so called dentist. She examined me for two seconds and referred me to a different dentist. I didn't need a referral l needed a professional dentist. I have a dentist who I was happy to go back to and as usual was taken care of with the level experience and professional service I deserved. Don't waste your time or money on this establishment.

We've been going to Forest Family for maybe 10 years now (starting at the Anderson Ln location) and I love them! They're patient and thorough and friendly. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I almost look forward to it now. (Almost)

Everyone at this practice is friendly and professional; from the front desk, to the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the doctors. Everything they do is clearly explained and they make me feel very comfortable. The people here make me look to forward to a dental visit!
