Thank you Dr. Norton for going beyond your duty and helping me with my mouth guard. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind to her patients. In her care you are not another number but she makes you feel special. I feel very confident in her care. Thanks again, also front desk staff are excellent. Bwright

The only dentist I have ever been to that wasn't pushy and does not make you feel bad about your dental needs! 10/10. Would recommend to everyone

I am writing this review under my husband's name since he was a recent patient for this practice. As an RN and past social worker, this office is very unprofessional, lacks communication and is unwilling to explain even the simplest things to you. We have recently moved to the area and because our last dentist office would not be able to see us until after our kid's school began due to COVID last year, we went ahead and chose this dentist office. This office does a practice model, what we call in the medical field or nursing profession, "task-oriented" or under a "functional nursing"/"functional care" model. This basically means that tasks are more focused on versus individual patient care. This model does save businesses money and sometimes less staff have to be hired, but this model includes the difficulty in being able to assess the patient's nonphysical needs effectively and the potential for ineffective communication because of the focus on specific tasks. I had never visited a dentist office that worked under this model before. This would explain why my husband and I saw the dentist, as it seemed, like two minutes during our visits and why we saw almost six different people coming in and out of the room at one time (who we had no clue were - they did not tell you who they were specifically unless you asked) just for a basic tooth cleaning. And why most of the staff appeared very rushed and uptight. There is also a billing issue I am having with this office where the dentist completed a resin filling on my husband that had already been done in December at our previous dentist office. Our insurance stated they would not cover it because "it was not needed" (we have wonderful dental insurance coverage by the way, and this office covers it in-network). When I brought this concern, and other concerns up, the office staff person disregarded my concerns, was incredibly rude and stated that they were doing us a favor by reaching out to our insurance (Um, that is your job!). I even stated that the dentist is welcome to contact me and explain to me why that procedure was completed when it was not needed, but the office staff person stated that was not going to happen. And, no, I am not trying to get out of paying for a procedure; but if it was not necessary, then we need to know and what other options there are respectfully. All in all, this office is appearing to present as cheap and it's incredibly unfortunate to experience a business such as this one. I had other concerns, which I mentioned (and did not mention) to the office staff, but if I mentioned that in this review, it would be a long explanation. There are other wonderful dentist offices in the area, please seek another.

Scheduled an appointment here months in advance, after checking with my insurance and calling to check to be sure they accepted my Medicaid plan, which they said they did. Was told upon arrival my insurance was not accepted and that I told them I only had traditional Anthem, when in fact I have Anthem Healthkeepers, then act like I told then incorrectly. Anyone with Medicaid is smart enough to call and check and tell exactly what plan that they have because of issues like these. I would never say I only had traditional Anthem, because Medicaid is accepted only at a few locations. In addition I also filled out their patient portal in which I gave my insurance details. If they had reviewed that, would they have not seen the issue before hand? No, because They need to train their staff to understand insurance better and be sure to clarify and go over things before a patient shows up. But they would rather have their patients show up, after taking off work, only to be told your insurance isn't accepted after they told you it was. What a joke this place is. Don't touch them with a 12foot pole!

We have been going to this Dentist for years but we just recently had to leave due to the most unprofessional and rude manager. Beware, this office says that "it's the patients job to understand the ins and outs of insurance, not ours" direct quote from the manager Eva. She swindled me out of $1,000 because she took advantage of the fact that I didn't know the fine print. We rely on our Drs offices to help us but this office will do the exact opposite. Hopefully someone will read this and run for the hills.

Outstanding experience. Everyone was very friendly, and I don't know if my teeth have ever been this white. They did a great job and worked very quickly-- and called me back exactly on time. I am very impressed.

I had such a wonderful experience at my Dentist appointment. Dr. Norton is an upbeat wise and all around great Dentist. She gave me some very helpful advice to reduce my brushing so hard and how unnecessary it is. I appreciate all the folks at that Beautiful Clean and Safe office.
