When you get a infection, your told to call the after hours number. This is some young girl who doesn't know how to usually reach the doctor. Or gives a excuse. Also the clinic stinks and the rooms are very outdated and not clean. One dentist and they all make sure to cover each other butts: however having a clean and sanitary clinic should be a priority

Forest Edge is a great office. They are professional and compassionate. I've had various procedures done here and the staff has always made me feel comfortable and informed.

So I spent 8 years in the Army, I would leave with a bleeding sore mouth with every x-ray taken, always thought it was normal, i sat and with 1 look they could see I have a bone growth thats not common due to my grinding teeth at night, then followed to gently give me x rays with no lain or issue. In the first 5 minutes of being here I learned more about myself than I had in any dentist I've ever been to. On top of that the care, knowledge, attention to detail, and patience I've been shown is incredible. I have not left a dentist in my life with a genuine good feeling and satisfied, normally i wanna stab them with that little metal hook/scraper. I'm more than pleased!

I just wanna take a second and let everyone know about the BEST dentist I have ever come across in my 32 years. My experience was incredible to say the least. Anyone who knows me knows I hate the dentist and I have horror stories that could make your blood boil but from the moment I walked in the doors at Forest Edge Dental Care, I was welcomed by compassionate caring individuals who only wanted to help me to be comfortable in my own smile once again. They listened, like really listened and always made me feel heard and safe. From Stephanie the receptionist, Greg the Office Manager, to Mel the Dental Assistant, all the way to Doctor Andrea herself I wanna say thank you for giving me back the confidence I lost so long ago in my smile and for walking with me hand in hand in this journey which isn't even over yet but still making me excited for what is still to come!! Thank y'all from the bottom of my heart. I could never give y'all what you gave me but I will forever sing the praises of your shop to whomever will listen! BEST DENTIST EVER!!!

These guys have treated my mom so poorly. She has a broken tooth and two more teeth that need crowns. They haven't treated her case as an emergency (which it is). They have been unkind and uncaring. We called earlier today to ensure they would stay open for her apportionment today, only to receive a call half an hour before the appointment to say they were closing early due to snow. We live in a mountain town where it snows a lot. I've driven in much worse weather than this when I was living in Aurora and Denver to get to and from work. I understand wanting to protect yourself and your staff but this is ridiculous. They are now unwilling to see her until two weeks from now in March. She's been dealing with this broken tooth since January. Absolutely disappointed in this dentist, and heartbroken for my mother to have to live in so much pain for so long. I am going to be canceling my future appointments for this dentist. I would rather deal with drive all the way back to Aurora, and back here, to go to my old dentist than go here.

I don't recommend! The receptionist has messed up appointment times for my family without calling because they can't get phone numbers correct. This has happened many times without correcting there system or operation. No feeling of care or professionalism.

Stay away from these rude, uncaring people!! I made arrangements in advance bc I am disabled & was assured they could accommodate me. When the day of my first appt arrived, someone called to tell me the dr went home sick but I should still come in for xrays. (Over $80!!) After I did so, I was then told the next appt was 4 weeks away. Well that day is today! And when I arrived, I was told they were ready for me but was kept waiting in a very smelly office over 10 min! Then, a man I had never seen walked out and told me they can't help me so I asked for my xrays (still haven't gotten them by email). What a waste of my time and health. I actually needed an epipen before I could leave the parking lot. Find someone competent to treat your family. Follow up: I did remove my mask during the first appt for the xray and would've been happy to do so today if the stench from your office hadn't already put me into anaphylaxis. Thankfully I made it to my car where I administered life saving medicine. Not accomodating a person w a disability is actually a crime, fyi.

I do NOT recommend this dental office at all! My appointment time was for 3pm, I showed up at 2:40pm to fill out paperwork, being it was my first time in this office. After I came in two other ladies came in and both were called back before me. One of the dental assistants/and or hygienists told the front office receptionist that she is running to the DMV to get her sons plates. The receptionist said now? We're busy. Well the dental assistant/and or hygienist said yes I need to get his plates before they close. So she leaves, then the ladies up front were making comments on how long the dental assistant/and or hygienist would actually be gone for. It is now close to 3:40pm when I'm finally called back. The receptionist had me rinse my mouth out with water and peroxide, never heard of that before, but okay. They did x-rays and took me to my room. The lady who had run to the DMV came in and took more x-rays, in which I asked if she would be the one cleaning my teeth. She said no, you have Medicaid. Supposedly Medicaid doesn't allow a cleaning and exam to be done on the same day. I've never heard of this. She also said I would need a more in-depth cleaning as it's been awhile since I've had a cleaning and they just wouldn't have the time for that anyways. She then proceeded to tell me that their booked out for 3-4 months for cleanings. By this time she had left the room and in all the rooms they have an open space in the wall covered by curtains so I could see and hear all work being done. The dentist was in the next room. It was almost 4pm and by that time I decided that I'm not waiting any longer and told the receptionist I'm leaving. The dental assistant/and or hygienist came up to me and said why are you leaving, I didn't realize you got up from your chair. I told her that I'm not going to have an exam but no cleaning and then being booked out for 3-4 months. She then responded that they could squeeze me in for dental work. I just told her I'm leaving. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so this experience made it worse. I DONT Recommend at all!!

Filthy, I did get the antibiotics needed. I considered not going back for my follow up, but thought I would give it a second chance. When I arrived for my follow up. The Dentist was not in the office. I live 30 minutes away. They stated that they called. I have no record of a call from them on Cell or Home Phone.
