Jennifer Bonilla received her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant from in Maryland in 1995. She now works as the Office Coordinator for Forest Crossing Family Dental. She holds certificates in Dental Management and Management/Supervising from the Warschaw Learning Institute and The SkillPath Business Seminar Program, respectively. She attends numerous continual dental education seminars annually, including the Infection/Sterilization Control conference. Jennifer is dedicated to the health and well-being of all patients at Forest Crossing Family Dental and looks forward to working closely with you and your family. Originally from New York, Jenny relocated her family to Myrtle Beach in June of 2009 because her love of the South Carolina life. She has a wonderful son and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family and likes decorating, singing and dancing.
Registered Dental Hygienist, Jackie Storm, has served 22 years in the United States military and is a retired Sergeant Major for the U.S. Army. She earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science and graduated with honors in 2011 from Fayetteville Technical Community College in North Carolina. She continues her professional education and holds certificates in both Administration Infiltration of Anesthesia and Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide Anesthesia from the Medical University of South Carolina. Though dentistry is a second career for Jackie following the military, she is equally passionate about her new career in dentistry as she is serving her country. She enjoys helping her patients achieve and maintain an optimum level of oral health for a lifetime. Jackie enjoys family life with her husband and daughter and likes boating, waterskiing and going to the beach.
Michelle Holbert is a graduate of Horry Georgetown Technical College. She earned an Associates Degree in Health Science Dental Hygiene and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She continues her professional education and holds certificates in both Administration Infiltration of Anesthesia and Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide Anesthesia from the Medical University of South Carolina. She enjoys providing quality dental health care to her patients. Michelle believes in giving her patients the tools they need to have and maintain a healthy and attractive smile. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending it with her son, her family and her friends. She loves boating, going to the beach, and playing the piano.
Sammie Endicott began practicing dentistry in 2011 as a dental assistant at a practice in North Carolina. She joined the practice in October 2017 and will soon move to the area to be closer to the office and her husbands employment. She treats patients like family and enjoys providing her patients with quality health care. Originally from Indiana, she has lived here for fifteen years and considers the Carolinas her home. She loves spending time with her husband, young son, and their pets. In her spare time she enjoys to read, draw, and write with aspirations of becoming a published author one day.
Dr. Daniel Taylor is a graduate of The University of Utah where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He completed his dental education at the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Taylor is an active member of the American Dental Association and volunteers his time at the J Reuben Long Detention Center providing dental services for inmates.
Dr. Nguyen, a graduate of the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, became interested in dentistry later in her career. She was born in Vietnam and moved to Niagara Falls, NY at a young age. She later moved to Illinois, where she graduated with a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Nguyen furthered her education at the University of Texas at Dallas to receive her Master in Applied Neuroscience and trained to become a specialist in Neurophysiology Monitoring, which is to assist in protecting the integrity of the patients nervous system during complicated brain and spine surgeries. All of her career choices have demonstrated her unyielding draw to healthcare.
Dr. Nguyen and her family moved to Myrtle Beach in 2017 and instantly felt in love with the city and its people. As part of her dedication to the community dental wellness, she currently volunteers at the community outreach Helping Hands of Georgetown as well as various humanitarian missions in the past. Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband and their sweet and exploring son.

The dentist and staff were very accommodating and friendly. They are taking new patients and Dr Taylor was very knowledgeable.

No appointment was canceled two weeks prior to the date of the appointment. When we asked why, they states that multiple messages and phone calls had be sent - we have had none! We waited for 6 months for this appointment just to be told its canceled. Don't waste your time.

Highly recommend forest crossing family dental! A new patient and very pleased with my thorough cleaning done by Jackie. Dr Taylor and his staff are very great to deal with.

Was looking for a new dentist, came across this on my insurance site. My wife had her appointment first and said I would feel comfortable. That was an understatement. My personal encounter was first with Jenny who is absolutely amazing at her job, not only super friendly but also responds very fast. My hygienist was Mrs Jackie, I have never in my years have had a hygienist who truly, genuinely cares about what or how your feeling. She is friendly, gentle, and does an amazing cleaning. Then I met Dr Taylor, awesome personality and he made my smile beautiful again..right before my Christmas party..lol. His assistant (can't remember her name sorry) kept right with him and was super nice as well. I haven't met or seen anyone rude or unfriendly. I definitely will recommend this office to anyone who hasn't been in a long time or just scared but need to go. Thank you guys. Again Jenny thank you for always being super nice and helpful especially helping me schedule for my wife.

This place is exceptionally professional! I was going to another practice for seven years and decided to try this place out and decided this would be my new home for anything I needed to have done dentally. The staff etc was so welcoming/knowledgeable and nice and made me feel right at home. Not to mention the dental hygienist named MICHELLE that cleaned my teeth might have been the best/most professional person I've ever used! I highly recommend this place if you want New and cutting edge technology along with a great staff who is highly knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home etc.! I'll come back for anything I need done dentally for sure! And If that dental hygienist named Michelle still works there go see her because she's amazing! I might be in love ...

The entire staff is wonderful. Doctors are knowledgeable, do great work, and everyone treats you like family. Also my five year old loves his hygienist and is comfortable coming in for his cleanings.

This entire office is great. Front desk, hygienists and the doctor, all great. They genuinely care about your dental health and it shows. The doc will spend as much time as needed to explain things and doesn't seem like he is rushing to get out. This is the only dentist I have ever been able to show up at with no anxiety. Dentists have always made me super nervous but I actually look forward to going here because I know I will be treated great.

Be aware. They do unnecessary cosmetic fillings and over charge by hundreds of dollars. Not following insurance coverages and getting bills for thousands of dollars for work that was never necessary.... i was told my daughter needed 5 fillings and complained and then all of a sudden she had no cavities and didnt need them filled. They still were going to charge me for the dentists time even though they were trying to rob us. Please go at your own risk and be ready to get robbed. In my 40 plus years of life going to the dentist at least twice a year I have never seen a more dishonest and incompetent dentist office as a whole. It is sad because I do think the dentist is talented, they will just rob you in the process.
