Being a dentist allows me the freedom to be my own boss and to see and help so many different people and personalities. I am honored to have a personal relationship with my patients and take pride in the fact that they love coming to our office. It is a testament to my great staff that so many of our new patients are a result of referrals from their friends and families. There is no higher compliment than a referral from an existing patient, and I never tire of hearing That was my best dental experience ever!

I strongly believe that, in order to serve my patients best, I must keep my knowledge and abilities up to date by learning the latest technological and treatment options. It is only by staying current with leading-edge skills that I am able to continually provide my patients with the widest range of proven options to meet their oral healthcare needs. I am a member of the Lone Star Chapter of the Seattle Study Club, which meets monthly for continuing dental education with professional lectures. Once a month, on a Friday, a group of us meet to do All-on-4 implant-retained denture cases, too.

I was raised here in Round Rock and attended the University of Texas. Following four years of dental school at the Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1995, I returned to my hometown. I live with my husband Mark, and we have two sons, Ryan and Andrew.

Mark teaches special needs children in RRISD. Our oldest son, Ryan, is studying business finance at Texas Tech. Andrew is still at home and is a senior at Cedar Ridge High School. Right now, my life revolves around family and our endless activities. When I have the time, I like to run, swim, read, and watch Andrew play lacrosse with his high school team.

I attend church at The Fellowship Church Round Rock and enjoy going on mission trips every year to Honduras to provide dental treatment to children. I am also a board member for the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center in Round Rock.

Joining Dr. Gaddy and her team has been a pleasure. This is a true family practice where we see the whole family, sometimes including the grandparents! It makes work very interesting when I see patients ranging in age from two to 101. I like being able to help our patients achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles that will last a lifetime. I enjoy working in a comfortable setting with patients and understand that their needs come first. As a dental hygienist, I help Dr. Gaddy in the diagnosis and treatment-planning phases of our patients care while they are here for their teeth cleanings. I also provide periodontal treatment, apply fluoride and sealants, take digital X-rays, and offer home-care instructions.

It is such a great feeling to know that Im helping people live healthier, happier lives every day I come to work. Ive worked in the dental field for almost 20 years and joined Dr. Gaddys team in 2019. Its always been my goal to make sure our patients are comfortable before and after their dental treatment, and to make their dental experience as seamless as possible. This is a great office, with a doctor and a team who are all very close-knit. We share the mission to give our patients the best care and have a great time doing it!

My husband and I met almost 20 years ago and have moved all around the great state of Texas, finally settling in Pflugerville. We have two daughters, Tammie and Taylor. As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, whether were camping or at the lake.

Forest Creek Family Dental, PA opened in 2002 and most of our original team members are still with us, though our staff has increased as our practice has grown. Dr. Gaddy grew up in the town and is proud to run a locally owned dental office.

As a patient-oriented practice, we put the needs of each patient at the forefront of all we do, from providing an inviting reception area and always running on time, to free WiFi, televisions in each room, and blankets and pillows for comfort during a visit.

We have been going here for the past 7 years and have always loved this office however, today was not the case. I called to discuss a bill I received for an appt to address my popping jaw. This appt lasted maybe 20 minutes and Dr. Gaddi instructed me to wear my retainers every night to see if that helped. And it did. All was great except the bill. A month later I received a bill for $91.20. For 20 minutes to be told to wear a retainer. I thought that was a bit much. When I called the office this morning to discuss it, I ended up speaking to 3 different people, all of which told me it's my insurance I need to speak with because they didn't pay. No, it's not my insurance I have the issue with. I understand my insurance won't cover more than 1 visit every 6 months. It's the price. My insurance didn't set the price, the doctor did. When I asked if negotiating the price was an option they all immediately told me no however, they did inform me Dr. Gaddi is out of network. That means there is no contracted amount that she has to stick with so yes, that price is a price the doctor sets for their office, meaning it COULD be further discussed. My biggest complaint is the front office and how they handled this situation. I used to do billing and collections for a dental office and in these situations I would always tell the patient "I want to work with you as best as I can, when the doctor is free I will speak to her and give you a call back." You want to make the patient feel like they are valued and you hear their issue. They never did that with me. I was just immediately told no after no. Even if the price is what it is, at least I would have felt like they tried their best to work with me. I understand Dr. Gaddi had patients all morning but at least let the patient feel like they are valued in your office and ask to speak to her when she is free. I would have been happy with that. I'm extremely sad to be leaving this office, I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I love love love my dental hygienist AND Dr.Gaddi! However the front office will always be the first and last impression each patient gets with their experience here. It's a representation for Dr.Gaddis practice. Unfortunately it was not good for me today. I hope this office will reach out to me to mend and discuss things. For the record I ended up paying the bill, I do believe Dr.Gaddi deserves to be paid for her time with me, I am in no place to set that price but wish we could have at least discussed it.
