In addition to being members of the South Carolina Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, the Doctors pursue advanced courses at the Spear Institute which provides and promotes high quality continuing dental education.

Bryan's love for the State of South Carolina started right here in Forest Acres where he was born and raised. He attended both Ben Lippen Christian School and A.C. Flora. For his undergraduate degree, Bryan left the Midlands to attend Clemson University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. From the Upstate he went south to the Lowcountry. In Charleston, Bryan received his dental training from the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. After earning his doctorate of dental medicine, the call of home brought him right back here to Forest Acres where he lives, works, and plays.
Bryan enjoys continually learning more about the art and practice of dentistry. He sees dentistry as both a fun hobby and a profession. Now that he has four daughters that captivate his love and time, Bryan enjoys sharing his passion for the outdoors and bow hunting with them. He also spends much time serving as a member and elder at Columbia Presbyterian Church.
Bryan and Jeanette view dentistry as a gift from The Lord, to be practiced with skill, integrity, generosity and love. They have been on multiple dental mission trips to Ecuador and Trinidad. They have also been routinely volunteering at free clinics in Charleston and Columbia for the past 12 years.
Bryan and Jeanette are both currently members of the South Carolina Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and Christian Medical and Dental Association.
Jeanette was born in Florida but is a Carolina girl at heart. She always dreamed of going to Clemson University just like her parents. At Clemson she met Bryan, and the two have been inseparable since.
She graduated Clemson, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. At the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Jeanette also excelled, graduating with her doctorate of dental medicine and receiving both academic and clinical honors.
Jeanette loves to be outside and to foster a love for Creation with her girls. When she is not singing Disney Princess songs or pushing someone on a swing, she enjoys gardening, walking in the neighborhood, entertaining in their home, and being involved at their church, Columbia Presbyterian Church.
Jeanette loves being a mom to four sweet daughters - Eliza Ann, Lillie, Janie, and Miriam. During this season of motherhood, Jeanette works part time at Forest Acres Dentistry and is extremely grateful for the flexibility to be both a mom and a dentist.
Leslie was born and raised just down the road in Lexington, SC. After graduating from Lexington High School, she attended Clemson University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. While at Clemson, she met her husband, Judd, and they were married shortly after graduating.
After completing their degrees at Clemson, Judd and Leslie moved to Charleston, where Leslie earned her doctorate of dental medicine from the James B. Edward College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. After graduating from MUSC, Leslie was granted an opportunity to work in a practice that focused on treating children. It was there she found that she enjoys helping to foster a fun and positive dental experience for her little patients.
Leslie and Judd are currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina with their two dogs, Tillie and Maddie. Although they enjoy attending Hornets and Panthers games, they make their way up to Clemson as often as they can for football and basketball games. In her free time, Leslie enjoys exploring the Charlotte food scene and has a passion for delicious food.
She's also an avid runner and participates annually in a half-marathon to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. When she's not eating or running, she loves to hang out in the backyard enjoying God's creation with her husband, her dogs, and a good book.

I had a very pleasant time being seen by Forest Acres Dentistry! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the reception team. They were super helpful and friendly. My hygienist, Brittany, was amazing! She was super nice, explained everything well, and did a great job. The dentist I had seen was amazing too! Overall, the place was super clean, friendly, and very welcoming. I highly recommend Forest Acres Dentistry, and I am happy I chose them to be my dentistry team :)

Just want to say that this was truly a great experience; one I would not think could be possible with my 3-year-old and her fear of the unknown. Emily went above and beyond explaining the cleaning process to my daughter in a way she was excepting of the entire process. She went beyond that introducing Dr. Larkin and staying in the room during the exam to comfort my daughter. Dr. Larkin too explained the exam procedures in a way that she would be calm throughout. She also explained any trouble areas and gave tips for brushing those stubborn areas in kids. This experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. They have truly adopted the meaning of a family environment. I will 100% be bringing the rest of my family here! Thank you for giving Rowan her magic teeth!

Hard to figure these people out. I have an Insurance Debit Card. "It is not insurance," I told them. "It is a debit card." I told them to check on it, but they insisted that they do not do business with Molina. Close-minded people in that front office. So, okay, you don't want my business, I'll go elsewhere.

Staff made me feel comfortable. I could tell they wanted to ensure I had quality results by the way they dealt with my issue and taking their time. I felt confident of their work and professional approach. Throughout my procedure I was asked if I was okay. They were very attentive.

Fantastic people! I love going here every time. It feels like everyone is glad I'm there and everything about the office is so nice and comfortable. Dr. Wingate is extremely kind and thoughtful when he's talking with me. Lifelong customer for sure!

I've been a patient here for about two years. Dr Wingate and his staff have always gone above and beyond to make my trips to the dentist a professional, enjoyable experience. He's the first dentist I've had that I trust is really going above and beyond, but without ever suggesting unnecessary treatment. I plan to be a patient here for many many years to come!

I had the best experience! Everyone is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. The DH was gentle, kind, and informative when answering my questions. The dentist was phenomenal at explaining things to me. I will absolutely be back, and I will recommend all my friends to come.
