The doctor did a procedure on my teeth and he did not explain anything. We as patients are not obligated to know about the procedures. I am very disappointed, I cry everyday when I think in my poor teeth. If you don't ask, the doctor will never tell you anything. Everything "it's ok" for him. They treat you sarcastically as if you were bothering. The equipment are old and dirty. Teeth cleaning is horrible.

Dental office is disgustingly, dingy. The equipment seems old and outdated. The x-ray technician had to do numerous unnecessary x-ray shots, because of equipment failure. The dentist never introduced himself. He looked disinterested by his job and patient care. I highly, suggest, finding a better dental office, than Fordham Plaza Dental Associates!

These dentist are scam artists.I had to wait for months to get an appointment. For dentist to tell me that the insurance doesn't cover for cleaning. I had to pay out of pocket for him only to clean my bottom teeth which he drilled holes into and I have never heard of that. I think they still charged my insurance though. If you keep going there for cleaning and dental work you'll end up Toothless.

Dr Rabi tries his very best to help me with my mouth /teeth issue and his assistant is so friendly He extends himself and is very kind. Ms Richmond has awesome phone manners and tries to rectify any appt issues. Thank you all.

I took my 3 year old here for his first dentist visit and the whole staff was so friendly and compassionate. Dr. George was phenomenal with kids and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back!!

I sent my mom here and she was so scared and she cane back saying this ... Amazing team work. The assistants are knowledgeable and understanding. The doctor was able to guide me every step of the way. I hate dentists, but not anymore. My dentist and team are the best

Dr Rabi was good at dealing with kids. My son is 4 years old and Dr Rabi did a great job. Professional and patient. The whole process was smooth. I would have given them 5 stars regarding the service my son received. But we made appointment for a family of three: one kid and two adults. My husband didn't have a good experience, nor did I. The very thing I want to complain is their poor scheduling and time management.The office is closed at 2:00pm on Saturday. The office staff made an appointment for my family at 1:00pm on Saturday. After over 30 minutes' waiting and paper work as new customers, little time was left for the Doctor to do anything sufficient for patients. The doctors want to go home on time and couldn't finish their work at this appointment. The doctor who was filling my husband's cavity was in a rush and only got the job half done, and my husband was asked to make another appointment for filling and deep cleaning. I will update my review since my husband will go back to their clinic again in two weeks.

Terrible Dentist office. The staff is completely irresponsible and the doctors themselves do not do a great job. The doctors rush through things. You'll have to visit about 3 times before actually getting work done to your teeth. Oh not to mention making an appointment is impossible. Made an appointment over the phone just to be told on the day of my appointment that I don't have an appointment with them and that the following appointment would be for October. They're so many better dental offices in the city and close by. Don't choose this location unless you are fine with wasting your time or getting mediocre work done to your teeth. Never again!

Since my 1st. Appt. @ Fordham Dental Associates, I've encountered anything but, timely and professional service. I've been searching for a dental practice about 4 to 5 years. The 1st time, I used a dental service for needing dentures. I used a place in 149th St., I've encountered nothing, but poor and untimely service. I ended up with dentures big and uncomfortable. My fault, cause I was afraid of saying anything to this dentist. Cause when I did ask questions, I was replied with answers, like "wait it only feels like this now or I should have mentioned this earlier, now I have to wait 1 year, that is the next time my insurance would pay for work. I waited 6 years searching new services. And I could not get passed the inquiry stage. It was always, they do not take my insurance. Which I did not understand cause my insurance was straight medicaid and medicare. I started using 3rd party, about 4 years ago. But, from the 1st inquiry Fordham Dental Associates, they accepted the me from my first inquiry. And like I mentioned from beginning of this testimonial. They are the BEST.
