I am very disappointed. The team is great but the wait time is ridiculously long. You have one set appointment time but you probably won't see the dentist until 2 hours later.my day does not revolve around waiting in a dentist office to be seen.

Please do not absolutely not go to this dental clinic. SUPER unprofessional, horrible service from the receptionist to the doctors. Treatment planned unnecessary fillings. Please get a second opinion I'm pretty sure that's insurance fraud. Please save yourself the time and money horrible just horrible

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! This dentist office was the worst place I have ever been to. They caused me a failed root canal out of plain carelessness and when I went back to get it fixed, they said they couldn't help me! The staff is the just the most rude and disrespectful group of people I have ever met! Save yourself your time and health from choosing this place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

No stars! If you want to spend half a day in the waiting room and be lied to by the staff then this place is for you. Just bring a lot of free time and lots of cash because your bill will be different each time you talk with the so called staff. One more thing. They used to FORCE you to leave a good review. I'm serious, one of them would tell you to get on google and leave a good review; "so they get more patients" she said.

New management (/rebranding) is amazing: They (still) take Medicade and are patient, kind & impressively child-friendly. Great TEAM and Dentist JAE AN is AMAZING!!! Super thorough and light with the pain. He's actually pretty quick since he's that GOOD! I have to say I used to go to Gary Silverstrom in Livingston and JAE An is just as professional if not better!! The entire practice has wonderful customer service and is very attentive to their clients as well as making young children feel comfortable. I brought my 9 yr old and 4 yr old, both were nervous. After the dentist took time to explain every detail on what to expect they were both well behaved in the seat and not scared. The little toy swag at the end helps too! A BIG thanks to Chyna, JAE An and the entire team for making us SMILE!!! :) HIGHLY recommend! Tracy

As a very old patient who has been coming for a very long time and has a lot of experience with the previous owner and team, it has been quite an experience. However, my experience now since the transition has been very good. I recently had braces put in, which was very uncomfortable in so many ways. So, I needed to revisit the office to fix the uncomfortableness, and I had the pleasure to have two of the most patient and understanding individuals, Dr.Trasama Saireby and Ms.Eva Javier, who work together so well, I much say, and so unique as a team. Dr.Saireby is such a soft person, and I say this because, as a therapist working with all groups of individuals, the word SOFT is essential in Dr. Saireby's work. In translation, it is someone who listens and joins with their patients. Ms.Javier is very claiming and kind. It creates a safe space for the patients. Thank you guys so much for all your help, ladies.

Just went back today for a cleaning, Kim was super gentle, and informative, also it was not rushed! They were all so kind and super sweet with my 3 year old, I will be bringing him in next week for his first appointment! So happy with this place! Oh and it's clean! Definitely recommend!

I've been going here with my kids since they grew teeth. They are great and the staff is friendly. Carla at the front desk if extremely helpful and courteous. The doctors explain everything before anything is done and I personally love that! 5 stars!!

I do not think I will be returning. First of all my appointment was scheduled for 2:30. I got there early and checked in. I didn't get seen by anyone until 3:45. It was extremely noisy in the back and people were running around constantly. The woman that cleaned my teeth was not gentle at all and it only lasted about 2 mins. Only brushed them no flossing, fluoride or mouth wash. Then, I had to wait for the doctor. He came in said I had cavities and didn't even tell me which teeth after. I had a total of 10 mins of care within 2 hours. This place seems to care more about scheduling as many people as possible with no regard for peoples time than providing quality care.

Do you think your teeth can be cleaned properly in less than 5 minutes? If your answer is yes, this place is for you. Otherwise, stay far away. This place is an assembly line for pumping out as many appointments as possible and spending as little time on you as possible. I can say more, but let's just say that you can have a much better dental experience elsewhere.

If I can give zero stars I would! One -what place doesn't allow parents to go with their minor child to make sure they are safe while in the chair ? Two- I asked for a consultation for my daughter for braces , never told or signed any paper about a charge of 700.00 dollars to take x-rays to see if she needs braces or not. So im out that money and she never even started ! Went to two other places for Myself for braces and I was never charged for x-rays which by the way was in 3d. 3- why set an appointment if you will sit there for an hour .. horrible. I will give it that the ladies in the front are always nice !
