There is a front desk lady who has a problem with step parents taking step children to their appointments. For the past two times this lady has refused to let me husband who is step dad to being my daughters into their appointments even though I have signed a paper allowing him to take them. But once you get back to the dentist and the assistants they are great.

I was scared to take my 18mo old for her first dental appointment since she was a pandemic era baby. She's hesitant with most adults since we've been wearing masks and keeping distance all her life! Once there, we were taken to a room with kid friendly pictures, a big toothy stuffed animal along with a huge toothbrush. My toddler was ecstatic. She played with the toys immediately. Then when she was placed on the table/chair she let the dental assistant see her teeth. The dentist came in, talked with us and did a quick exam. She was a bit more timid but it was over before long. She got a price at the end and this mama was relieved. Honestly a great first experience. Friendly staff, fast service, and happy kiddo. Can't wait for our next visit.

Friendly, always making all of my children comfortable going to the dentist. Superior service from all the women in the office by providing any answers needed when scheduling or reviewing insurance to make sure we are on the same page since I need help in that manner sometimes. Also, I love how our dentist and assistants go through everything with us so we can confidently go home knowing we have the best care with no questions.

Foothills pediatric dentistry is a wonderful office! The whole experience for our first visit was great. The office is set up to be very child friendly, and the staff were so welcoming and patient- from the front desk to the assistant to the dentist. The assistant and the dentist really listened to our concerns for our child, and they were attentive and thorough with their care and treatment plan. We have taken our child to our family dentist since he was little, but this experience was better overall with the child centered environment and the attention given to our kiddo. We were very pleased with the care and ease of the appointment from the online check in process, to arriving in the office and promptly being seen, the considerations they took with their COVID-19 protocols, the attention from the assistant, the dentist who was kind and knowledgeable, and our check out process. Thank you so much to all of the staff for making this a wonderful visit for us! We are so happy that we found this office! Update 7/27/22: Still a wonderful office! Amanda, we cannot thank you enough for helping us with our billing debacle! Truly, the assistants and dentists are amazing people. Thank you all for what you do!

My toddler was quite afraid of going to the dentist and this was definitely the best first experience we could have asked for! The hygienist was so nice and walked her thought everything. She didn't get upset once throughout the process. She even left saying the dentist was her new best friend :)

My daughter had her first dental work done this last week. She was extremely nervous, after the appointment she actually came out smiling. I'm beyond impressed with Dr Ramirez and his team.
