I was very pleased with this dentist & his staff. Everyone was friendly and laid back. Not stuffy like some practices. Dr Bryant explained what was going on with a tooth & the plan to fix it. He wasn't trying to upsell cosmetic dentistry or things that weren't necessary. I felt very comfortable with everyone!

They saw my grandpa for a loose tooth and took x-rays. He even showed them which one was loose and they ended up pulling the wrong tooth and didn't even send him home with pain medicine.

Receptionist is terrible. My work was on the phone telling them I was enrolled in insurance. They dropped the ball on paperwork. She just looked at me and said I can't take that. Like come on tomorrow you can submit everything to insurance and it would go through backdating to 7/4/2021. My work went as far as getting a supervisor involved who was able to get me active on delta Dental's website. The receptionist didn't even want to pick up the phone to check again so I walked out. Save your time and do NOT come to this office because clearly they don't actually care about any of their patients. This doctor should be ashamed to have someone sitting at the desk like her and greeting guests it's horrible.

Dr. Bryant listened to me when I told him that I had overly sensitive teeth. He made sure that I did not experience any discomfort whatsoever. In my experience, Dr. Bryant is the best!

Would give no stars if I was allowed. They refused to check with my husband's insurance before we were given a price. We were told that they would give him antibiotics which never happened. He was never even really seen. However what we did get was a bill, with no description of what the bill is for expect that it is apparently over due. I have tried multiple times to get in contact to find out what is going on. My messages have not been returned.
