is a native of Monroe, Louisiana.She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 1996 and her D.D.S. from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2000. Immediately after Dental School she entered private practice in Denham Springs, Louisiana. She became a partner of Advanced Dental Care in 2004. Dr. Nora decided after 14 years at Advanced Dental Care to start a solo practice closer to her family. She is now the owner of Foote Family Dental Care in Gonzales, LA and provides dentistry to the wonderful people of Ascension Parish and beyond.

Dr. Richardson-Foote is a current member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Louisiana Dental Association, the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association and the Ascension Parish Chamber of Commerce. She has been a member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and the National Association of Professional Women. She provides a wide variety of general and cosmetic dental services to treat patients of all ages. In addition, she is licensed in conscious sedation and trained in Botox.

Dr. Foote completed the seven month, 160 hour, LSU Dental Implant Continuum in 2018. This was a comprehensive program taught by an interdisciplinary faculty composed of general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, and oral and maxillofacial radiologists. This course was a combination of live patient cases, lectures, tests, research article reviews and simulation hands-on workshops.

Although her career has been extremely rewarding over the years, Dr. Richardson-Foote is most proud to be a wife and mother. She is married to David Foote, who owns Bayou Industrial Sales, Inc with his brother here in Gonzales. She has twin daughters, Hayleigh and Hannah Richardson and stepson, Blaise Foote. Together their family enjoys watching her twins play competitive soccer and Blaise play baseball. He is a recent graduate of East Ascension High School and has committed to play baseball for BRCC. Opening her practice in Gonzales has given her the best of both worlds. Dr. Foote has been able to run a very successful family-oriented dental practice while staying close to her husband and kids. Her goal has always been to find a way to give the most to her family and her patients as well as her community. By opening an office closer to her home she has more time for all the things that are important in her life. However, none of it would be possible without the constant love and understanding of her amazing family.

Christie is a native of Lake Charles, La. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2004, where she was on the Deans list. She then attended the University of Louisiana- Monroe School of Dental Hygiene, where she graduated in 2006. Christie is a Registered Dental Hygienist, licensed in local anesthesia and administrationof Nitrous Oxide.

Christie comes to us with thirteen years of experience in dental hygiene. She has worked in small private practices as well as large corporate practices. She understands that there is much more to being a hygienist than just cleaning teeth.She has had the opportunity to work in all areas of the office, from hygiene to the business side.She has been able to really developher communication skills to help build that bridge between the patients and the doctor.We feel she is a true assetto our office.

Christie chose dental hygiene because it allows her to connect and establish relationships with the patients.She enjoys being able to help people build confidence through healthy smiles and contribute to their overall health through the body-mouth connection.Plus, she says its fun!

Christie has been married to Ryan for 12 years who is an avid sportsman and chef. They have one son, Charlie, who is almost 7 and plays baseball. Christie and her family enjoy spending time outdoors. She also likes to spend her free time antiquing, hosting friends and family while enjoying the great food cooked by her hubby, Ryan.

Ramsey is very special to our office. She does a little bit of everything, which makes her able to fill in wherever she is needed. She is usually the first you will speak to when you call our office, the first face you will see when you arrive and the last face you will see when you leave.

Ramsey is a native of Gonzales and attended St. Amant High School. She is not only trained to handle all the tasks of the front desk, including handling all the challenges that come with dental insurance companies and patient financing, but she is also trained to be a Dental Assistant. She believes in making patients feel comfortable and making sure the patient receives the best possible care from start to finish. Ramsey is able to use her dental knowledge to help patients understand the treatment recommendations made by Dr. Foote. She is able to apply her dental knowledge when working with insurance companies to help get pre-determinations or difficult claims paid. She is also great at taking patient phones calls since she is compassionate, understanding and knows enough about dentistry to help the patients with their dental questions or problems. Ramsey is always going the extra mile to take care of the patients as if they were members of her own family. If she tells you she is going to do something, you can count on her to get it done!

Ramsey started as a chairside Dental Assistant over six years ago. She has her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certificate and is CPR and X-ray certified. She assists Dr. Foote whenever she is needed and takes pride in understanding both the clinical and financial sides of dentistry. Ramsey shares the Foote Family Dental Care philosophy of giving amazing dental care with phenomenal customer service.

The customer service starts with the first phone call you have with Ramsey as our Front Office Coordinator. She will do everything she can to help make your visit with us as pleasant as possible. Once you have received a treatment plan, she will help maximize your insurance savings and she is certified to assist you with your application if you wish to do financing with Care Credit or Smart Care. Ramsey is our true lifeline between patients, dentist/hygienist, insurance companies, financial companies, lab, etc. She is the glue that holds us all together and helps keep our practice running smoothly.

In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nic and their three beautiful children, Layla, Delila, and Sylus. They enjoy camping with friends and family and other outdoors activities.

Rachel is a native of Starks, Louisiana, where she graduated from Hyatt High School. She attended Medical Training College for Dental Assisting and has received her Expanded Duty Dental Certification. She has been a dental assistant since 2012. Rachel worked for Dr. Foote at Advanced Dental Care in Denham Springs for four years until Dr. Foote moved to Gonzales. After the flood in 2016, Rachel came to Gonzales to work for Dr. Foote again as her primary dental assistant. We have been extremely blessed to have her. She is a tremendous asset to our practice.

Rachel is married to Reggie Duplessis. She has three handsome sons: Zackary, Cade and Colby. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. But, her true passion is NASCAR and football. There is never a shortage of manly topics to discuss as long as Rachel is in the room.

Rachel loves our patients, and she loves working with Dr. Nora. She loves having the opportunity to learn new procedures and expand her skills, which is a very refreshing quality. She is great with all of the patients, but has a gift when it comes to patients with dental anxiety. She has the ability to make you forget you are at the dentist. Her sense of humor and vast knowledge of sports can be pleasantly distracting for many patients.
