I have been going to this office for over 20 years. Much has changed over the years and quite frankly not pleased with this place anymore. They cancel their appointments frequently due to "not having a provider in their office". However, if you cancel with them you are dinged 25 dollars. (But you find this out after the fact). Most businesses state that upon scheduling. I got the flu the night prior and couldn't take my kids nor myself in. My kids didn't go to school and I didn't go to work... thats how sick I was. They said they would be charging me 25 for each of us. Never has this been disclosed, but . regardless Eddie showed no empathy and rudely said "should have called us". I don't believe the office is open at midnight Eddie, sorry to inconvenience you. Then he proceeded to state. "Are you going to reschedule or not" I said no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere (with an attitude like that) and then he hung up. I would NEVER treat my patients like that. Have some compassion

Really great experience and service from the moment I called to the moment I went into to the office the employees very polite, helpful and friendly, and when I went in for my exam the employee doing my xrays and my exam were gentle, caring and making sure I was comfortable, and as for the orthodontist he was very professional explained everything in detailed and came up with a good treatment plan for me. Unfortunately my condition required out of office care but one of the employees went out of his way to find me another office that can help me with my condition and accepts my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket which I am very grateful and very appreciative of, 5 stars because it's a really great service and will definitely make it my go to place

Excellent customer service from start to end. The receptionists, the dental hygienist, the dentist were welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, clear and concise on what needs to be done

So I was in search of a new dentist came across review's of Dr.Kim on Yelp was impressed by what was said. My 1st visit was today and I totally see why he and the Fontana Dental Group had such high reviews. I was beyond impressed and so comfortable the care and attentiveness was above and beyond my expectations

10 STARS. Highly recommend! Staff is so helpful & attentive! Had a really bad toothache, went to 3 dentist & they said they couldn't do nothing but came here and they help me right away! Will be coming back for all my dentist needs

Today was my first experience with this office and Dr Kim. I have to say it was a great experience. I interacted with 6 different members of the staff (including Dr Kim), and every single person was genuinely polite and pleasant The wait to get X-rays was incredibly short after I finished filling out my paperwork. Then the wait to speak with Dr Kim and start on my cleaning was even shorter. I will be making this my dentist from now on!

Very professional and sweet front desk service. Back office very careful on my image or x ray. On July 7th, 2022, called Fontana Dental care, left message and got a call that same morning and made me an appt that same morning too, I'm very happy with Dr. Kim, he's professional, caring and listens to me as I would think also to his other patients. I'm very satisfied Thank you, I appreciate all of you

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. The staff is very polite and professional. Dr. Kim is gentle and takes excellent care, and makes sure your are okay throughout your procedure. The only place I trust to work on my teeth, and keep them in top shape. To add: Mel is such a good hygienist! Very gentle, thorough, and cleans my teeth so well! Highly recommend

Dr. Kim is always so helpful with my girls. Very gentle if I ask and talks to them with enthusiasm which they love! I recommend coming here in Fontana. It's small but very welcoming.

I have nothing, but awesome things to say about this place. I have gone to this office for the past six months. I have taken my 2, 5, and 7 year. The front office is awesome, especially Eddie. He always goes above and beyond to provide the help I need. He listens to my concerns and addresses them. When my kids needed referrals three times this year he was quick and ready to answer questions about the process. He is always pleasant to talk to. He is personable and in a great mood. I think He knows and recognizes my family which is so nice to not feel like just another patient. Evelyn is also wonderful. She is polite, well mannered and helps out with patient's needs. She is quick and thorough. The hyegenists are knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. The office is clean and presentable. We are always helped according to our scheduled time (minimal) waiting. This is the most organized dentist I have been to in a very long time. Dr. Kim is also great at check ups and patient to answer questions. Again minimal waiting to be seen by Kim. Five of us were seen in 2 hours. That is quick! Finally, right now during the pandemic the off I e is amazing about following safety guidelines. The office is never super busy or over crowded. You might see one or two other people there while waiting. Every office I have gone to during pandemic is way more full. Everyone wears masks. There are plenty sanitizers easily accessible in their counters with plenty sanitizer in them.
