I see Dr. Louie and I can't say enough great things about her! Very nice, professional, and knowledgable. She also is doing my Invisalign and I highly recommend her if you're thinking about doing it, made the process very easy and comfortable. I always feel like I'm in great hands when I see her!

Expensive, I don't recommend if you're looking for an affordable treatment. I was charged $259 for an evaluation and regular cleaning. I thought they'd be fair people in terms of price, but No.

I had my first visit today at Dr. Fong's office. I initially chose this office because of its convenient location to my downtown Oakland office and I got a recommendation from my sister. And I'm quite happy that I did! Upon arrival to the office, I was pleased to find it well decorated, they had soothing music playing lightly in the background, it is super clean and the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I was taken in to Dr. Fong right when my appointment was scheduled and he greeted me with the same warmth and welcome that his staff did. Before we got started with his examination, he explained everything very thoroughly with a care and attention that I honestly have never received from a dental professional. I also appreciated that I didn't have to move around the office for the x-rays as they had all of the machinery in the exam room. My Hygienist, Thu was also lovely. She was running a little bit behind and came out after about 5 minutes of waiting to introduce herself and let me know that she was just finishing up with another patient. There was no up-selling whatsoever and overall I felt that I got fantastic care. If you're looking for a new dentist in downtown Oakland, definitely give them a try!

She makes it very clear that she cares about my dental health and overall well-being. I feel very well taken care of by Thu and Dr. Fong's front desk staff - Jackie and Pandora. They are very courteous, funny, and do a superb job with routine cleaning, x-rays, and wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Fong always checked up on patients, even if they were there only for minor cleaning. Highly recommended.

Dr. Fong's office was the most thorough and pleasant experience I've had at a dentist office. Everyone (the receptionist, my hygienist, Dr. Fong and the rest of the staff) were super personable and nice. The exam (though lengthy) was thorough and I left with an awesome "goody bag" and the cleanest teeth.
