Dr. Chad was born and raised in a small farm town of 700 people called Davis in the Northwestern area of Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. While there he met his wife, Shannon, who is a native of Fond du Lac. After Carthage, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry. He and Shannon then moved back to Fond du Lac to start and raise a family. He loves the small town feel of Fond du Lac and is excited to become part of it. He hopes to help the members of the community in any way he can and truly loves what he does. His interests include fishing, whiskey, BBQing, snowmobiling, the occasional video game, spending quality time with friends and family, and of course the Chicago Bears!
Our office is located next to Lakeside Park just a few blocks north of Downtown Fond du Lac. It is part of the same complex as the Childrens Museum and Little Caesars Pizza. There is plenty of parking and it can be easily seen from the road.

At Fondy Family Dental you will always feel comfortable. Dr. Goeke and his complete staff are simply the best. If you are like myself that has this fear of Dentist, you can stop here. A Dentist has to meet my needs and Dr. Goeke does all of that.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist's office. Reception, office, dental assistants, and dentist were awesome! Listened to what I needed, gave me options for best care based on my financial situation, and developed a plan I was comfortable with. Will continue to go there for all of my dental care. We had a very wonderful experience at Fondy Family Dental! My son was nearly in tears nervous/scared when we got there. He enjoyed it and is very excited to go back! The staff was very pleasant to work with. They were very quick to get us in as well. 10/10 would recommend!
