This was one of the hardest decisions he had ever had to make and was finalized on three main premises. First, Dr. Stevens wanted to spend more one-on-one time with patients; a requirement for the individualized care he strives to deliver. Secondly, the field of dentistry is widely known for small business owners serving a local community, something Dr. Stevens always aspired to do. Lastly, family is of utmost importance to Dr. Stevens. A career in dentistry would allow Dr. Stevens the work-life balance necessary to raise a family.
Dr. Stevens currently resides in Juneau, WI with his wife Stephanie and two children, Aimslee (4) and Axel (2). Stephanie is a Speech and Language Pathologist at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Stevens met Stephanie while in college at UW-Madison where he received a bachelors degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology. Dr. Stevens was a member of the UW-Madison mens championship rowing team for four years in college and continues to row today. Dr. Stevens is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and boating. He skis in the American Birkebeiner, a cross country ski marathon in Hayward, WI, every February.

My son cracked his two front teeth at a park, and the staff at FDL Family Dentistry rearranged their schedule to squeeze him that same afternoon. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was kind and helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable.

Wow, I didn't know what a good cleaning was until I came here! I was also very happy that the hygienist explained everything she did and why. Dr. Wallock gives you a very complete exam and explains all his findings. He is very willing to answer any questions you have.

What can I say...I had the very BEST experience today at my new dental office. I had excellent customer service right at the reception and throughout my appointment. I was made extremely comfortable by Lori, who examined my gums and teeth, and took the time explaining what she was going to do and was very sensitive to any of my concerns. She used excellent technology in diagnosing my dental problems and treated me with utmost care! Dr. Jake, DDS super nice and also took his time with me on what needed to be done in the future. Has gone down hill since Dr. Kraig retired. We have switched dentists since now. We asked that our records be sent to the new dentist and nothing was sent.

I've had several procedures done beyond routine cleanings by Dr. Wallock and his staff. I've always been treated great, and made to feel at ease. I like the fact that everyone works together so well, and are all very confident in what they do.

I've been seeing Dr. Wallock and his staff for a little under a year now. I've had a few cleanings, a tooth extraction and a root canal/crown done so far. The only discomfort that I can say I experienced were the shots that numbed me up, which is to be expected. The procedures were carried out in a very timely manner, my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and the receptionists have helped me so very much in regards to communicating with my insurance provider (I'm serious, they gave *hours* of their time to sort out my insurance woes). Dr. Wallock and his technicians/hygienists are the utmost professionals, I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/better dentist.
